The likelihood at this point in the year and market that we reach that pricing is highly unlikely.
Wishful thinking at this point. Should be more concerned regarding the continuous adoption and maintaining some level of anonymity.

Re: Can you share your trading experiences?

Most trading experiences I can elude to are the ones i regret
Around July 2017 I was starting to actively trade crypto daily and was doing very well at the time. You pretty much couldn't lose and then IT happened.
I had some open trades on Kraken for about 100 ETH on one x5 leverage and 10 BTC on the other also x5 leverage.
I was up about 20k USD at one point and for some stupid reason I allowed emotions to get the best of me and thought I would wait until I was up 25k and then 30k so on and so on.
To keep a long story short - market started crashing and the 20k profit I had quickly turned to nothing and I got liquidated. Moral of the story is always take profits whenever possible and do the best you can to remove emotion from your decision on whether to buy/sell or place a trade even.

Re: Keep all crypto in trading platforms or wallets?

All depends on how often you are trading or needing to trade because you don't want to get stuck in situations where your capital is all offline in hardware wallets and then wait to send funds to your exchange account(s) and miss opportunities.
Best thing to do is keep a certain amount of capital needed in the exchange to avoid delays if you need to execute something quickly. Everything else should remain offline always unless your only dealing with small amount of course.

Re: Trader or Gamblers.

Anyone who Trades walks a fine line...
The distinction between trading and gambling is a difficult one because it can be a matter of perspective. Most who would be considered gamblers are very emotional and cant remove the emotion when executing a trade or trying to decide on whether they should sell, buy or HODL.
The lines between the two can be construed and the goals posts can be pushed further back.
The main thing for me to differentiate my strategy is being able to remove emotion from the equation and making my decision based on fundamental analysis of what it is I am about to do rather than thinking about what I want to happen.
Are there any trusted exchanges that allow margin funding as bitfinex has discontinued support in my country after 3 years of business it just sucks.
Do you mean margin funding or margin trading? Have you ever used Kraken? It's definitely not the best exchange and doesn't have the best liquidity but for margin trading it is pretty well known and for the most part they are trusted.
I have never had any issues with them when depositing or trying to withdraw. The only real issue with the exchange is that liquidity is not always available and when margin trading, the rollover fees can amount to something pretty substantial depending on trade size and length of course.
Hope this helps...

Re: Can you make money when the market drops?

As I have seen mentioned in this thread multiple times - with the right amount of capital and experience there is actually much more opportunity for large gains when the market is down and short opportunities present themselves.
Shorting the market can definitely be a more difficult beast when it comes having an ability to control your emotions whether the position size is large or small. Having the right strategy and mindset when looking to short the market are the two key factors for myself and have continuously proven to be true over the years.

Well, the obvious one you would choose to hold would be Bitcoin, the price will keep rising as the time progresses. But we also have a strong believe that Ethereums price will also increase exponentially.

Altcoins are more unstable. You need to be careful, make sure that you do the research required before you invest. Bitcoin, on the other hand, is going very strong.

Make sure that you always look at the following before you invest in an ICO.
Project - Is it original and new, have a read of the Whitepaper. Team - Who is the team behind the project and what is their influence in the community and what other information can you find about them. Funds - How will the funds be deployed once the ICO is completed.

To determine if it is a scam or not, here are some basic points that you can look at:
Read the whitepaper to gain a better understanding of what they would like to accomplish. Do research on the team to see what their influence is in the community. What other information can you find about them on the internet? Is the Idea original and new? Look at how they would spend the money once the ICO is completed.

Just make sure you buy before CME launches futures trading, especially after the largest hedge fund in the world just announced they will be adding it to their suite of products.

Great to see that industry professionals are being brought aboard this project. Looking forward to see how this project develops over the next while. It would be great if you were able to add industry professionals on both ends of the spectrum.

Who else predicted what we are seeing today? BTC + BCH
by
BlockGemini
on 13/11/2017, 13:40:28 UTC
Keep in mind I was not involved in the BCH pump or BTC short over the last few days. Also, was not trading during todays reverse. I am strictly in HODL mode for the time being.
I am curious to see how many of you really believed what we see today would happen? and how many of you panic sold BTC > BCH?
There was no way that kind of move could hold up. These next few days could tell an interesting tale...
