Either way, i think your strategy for attracting new customers right now is alright but you need a lot more business cases. The plan you had to attract big suppliers and customers clearly isn't working, so how do you plan on fixing this?

The vast majority of alts will not survive because the platforms they operate on will not survive, either because the team doesnt manage it well, because the bear market takes too long so they run out of money, because a competitor is better, ...

currently we're already at 3750 and i just bought me a whole lot more, probably going to invest in VeChain and some other alts that took heavy beatings

indeed, we'll probably see a bear market (or stagnating market) for the next 4 to 6 months before we'll have any real trend revearsal. Too many factors bringing the price down, maybe we'll see a short term peak back to 5 or 6K when Bakkt gets launched

For now this is a good option, but its still to complicated. I have some experience in IT and to me its a challenge to understand what I need to do. What we need in the future is somethign that can be installed as easily as Windows with a support wizard guiding us through the process

I dont know about any special requirements for exchanges, but getting listed on coinmarketcap doesnt change the fundamentals (good exchange, token is pretty stable in this bear market, already multiple trading pairs, ...)

Its a risky strategy but it shows that they have confidence (and probably back up Venture Capital) so that small investors dont really need to take the risk because the project is succesful either way

Stratis has enough funds to keep going for a while without the need to make money or sell their own stash of coins. Also, its estimated the market will rebound in less than 6 months so we should be fine

Sonm is developing rapidly but its still too big of a barrier to install and run. Are you working on an autoinstaller that allows you to install Sonm in less than 3 clicks (download, install, buy/sell)?

we need alts because they can be used for more than bitcoin; bitcoin is the main road we need to take, but there are smaller roads outside of it that lead to far more special places

I understand your concern, but again you fail to look at the bigger picture. True, there's currently no reason why companies would switch from AWS or Azure to Sonm. Why not? Because Aws and Azure are tried and tested with tons of guarantees and services Sonm simply cant yet bring to the table. Also, not only is Sonm brand new, but its also running on blockchain, which is extremely unfamiliar to most people around the world, let alone businesses. If you would work in business, you'd know that it takes a ton of convincing to even let people consider switching from data providers for their phones, which is what, 20$ a month? How difficult would it be if we were talking about 100K a month? So please, give Sonm time, the product works, they're doing fine, and they've got enough funding to last the next 4 years without having to earn a single dollar. Dont judge them just because the market hasn't been kind to them yet

I agree with the first side honestly, release a MVP and build it from there, this way they retain first movers advantage and people will be able to experience a working product and give feedback to make it better
