I think it depends. If you have enough funds or if you’re financially stable the I guess there’s nothing wrong. But for me having a stable job is better, aside for being long termed it can also sustain your daily needs. But if you can manage your time wisely just do both instead.

Re: Bitcoin price is recovering!

Yes, it is starting to recover again after almost reaching the bottom this past week. Many of us are hoping that the price hike will continue, for us to earn higher profits. but we also have to remember that crypto world is very volatile. It’s far from being stable. sometimes you’re up, sometimes you’re down.

It’s very relieving to see that the price has started to improve. Last week was so stressful, the price is dumping deeper and deeper that causes others to sell out of panic. Really feel sorry for them, if only they patiently Hold and wait. But then, we also need to be ready for the possibility of dumping again.

I feel a little relieved to see that the price is having an improvement even for just a while. I know it’s too soon to tell that it is starting to rise against this past weeks dips. But knowing that the price is having a little progress, it give us another reason to hold much longer. And still we have to be ready for the possibility of dumping again. Always expect the unexpected and never forget to have more patience.

We’ve already lost 50% and I guess holding is the best strategy to do during this kind of situation. Im having a lot of patience here so there’s no turning back. Still hoping that the price will gradually recover soon.

Exactly. Bitcoin is like a roller coaster. It’s far from being stable, because it’s always goes up and down just like the volatile nature of cryptocurrency. Some other people might feel nervous to try ( whether it a real roller coaster or bitcoin) just because they are scared of falling. But there’s nothing to be afraid of. All we have to do is to HOLD and just go with the flow.

I’m just sticking with my old plan, and that’s holding until the price soars up again. This recent dip kinda surprised me a little. It’s not because I’m panicking but the price is so low meaning another opportunity to accumulate and more people can afford it. Buying and holding are the best strategy at times like this.

Re: Can we survive without Bitcoin?

Of course we can. We’ve already survived before even without bitcoin, so why not now.  I know it’s not going to be easy since we’re already used to believe that our hopes and dreams to be successful are gonna came true with the help of bitcoin. And if it really happens, we just have to get up and move on with our lives even if it’s hard.

Re: Chinese new year
by

I think there is a possibility that this coming Chinese New Year really has an impact on the crypto markets behavior. The people are cashing out in preparation of the said event. That resulted to price drop. Which is actually good on the other hand, because it gives us opportunity to buy and accumulate more coins while we’re waiting for the price to pump up again.

I think it will take a few more months before the price to fully recover. Because as I can see the progress is too slow and there’s a lot of dips going on.. Hopefully by March the price will show some improvement and start to rise again.

I think we will experience more of fluctuations this February. Maybe even after Chinese New Year the market will have some sharp dips. Hoping that by March the price will pump and start to see some progress.

I agree to this. Many of us are keep whining and nagging about the price dumping. Which also make some of us feel alarmed and make wrong decisions. That’s why most of us panic selling their coin at a wrong time. We just have to understand and accept that this is how the volatile nature of digital currency really goes.

Re: BTC down, Market dump. Is this time to buy?
by
Blue2012
on 03/02/2018, 04:25:49 UTC
Yes, now is definitely the best time to buy and accumulate more coins. Lately bitcoin and other altcoins are experiencing big dips and with the price fluctuates every minute, we should grab and take advantage while the price is not yet pumping. We don’t want to have regrets later on, when the price soars high again.

Just think of the dips as test. It is testing us how low the price and how far can we take to hold our coins. Unfortunately many of us is shaken by these big dips and starting selling out their cryptos which results to losing the coins they’ve invested and at the same time losing their chance to win it back and to gain more profits when the price starts to rise again.

I don’t think that the price will pump sooner after Chinese New Year. The recent price drop is too sharp, I guess it’s not gonna rise that fast. Maybe it will take few more months before it will fully recover. But bitcoin is very volatile, nobody can really tell when will the price rise again. We just have to be patient and believe.

Re: Is this the end of crypto?

I think new comers or new investors may feel alarmed right now because of the continues price drop. But we really don’t have to be worried. This is not new to crypto world and it happens many times before. The only way to do now is to grab the opportunity to buy while the price is low and hold it until the price soars up again.

Re: Bitcoin Can Pump again in this Month(February)?
by
Blue2012
on 01/02/2018, 14:55:09 UTC
Yes, it will pump up again for sure. But base on what we are experiencing now, I think the pump that we are waiting for is not gonna happen this February. Maybe it will take a month or two for the price to fully recover from this sharp dips. But Bitcoin is unpredictably volatile, nobody knows what’s going to happen next. I’m still hoping for the better things to happen sooner.

Yes I totally agree. The price fluctuation is actually healthy, especially when it’s down. Meaning that it is another opportunity for us to accumulate more bitcoin and it also attracts more investors. Then all we have to do is patiently hold it for a several months and see what does the exciting and unpredictable world of crypto rather bitcoin have in store for us in the near future.
