Do you think 9% is a little bit too small? I think if I go to our public market with a bitcoin logo printed in my shirt and ask people around, I might get a 95% or even a hundred.
With last year's bitcoin roller coaster ride, do you think bitcoin has what it takes to bounce back?
Earlier this year, business after business and merchants after merchants are learning to accept bitcoin. Do you think this is enough to turn the tides around?
Maybe bitcoiners doesnt say this out loud but majority of us question ourselves, if Bitcoin will be regulated. Would it be the end?
I mean, if there is a central entity that regulates Bitcoin, do you think that they're regulation would be 'limited' or will they violate a bitcoiners privacy for the sake of 'regulation'?
In the article, it reads the advantages of regulation.
Can you give out negative effects if Bitcoin is regulated?
Regulation is far ahead of us. If it will come, let us just give it a chance and observe what it does before we even argue about it.
What's holding them? I mean, merchants all over the world is lining up for bitcoin integration, why not them? Why not look bitcoin as an ally and not as an enemy? They can make more money together, I think..
Paypal is still testing the bitcoin waters and still not decided to take a bath on it.
The term millionaire is rooted in fiat. Should BTC replace fiat, 10 coins should be enough to classify as wealthy. That number can be argued. But we need a new term for someone with enough BTC that they are wealthy.
Is that a bitcoin millionaire? Anyone you know has a 1,000,000 BTC?

Re: Silk Road Like Website Ran Away With Customers Money
Braintree a company wholly owned by paypal is Allowing you to accept payments from Applepay, Paypal, and BITCOINS
They seem to be allowing coinbase integration. So does this mean that logging into your paypal/ebay page and topping up your account with bitcoins is going to be the new thing?
I'm not a big fan of paypal but to see someone who has adamantly fought the rise of bitcoins every step of the way now accepting them at least through one of their venues is unreal to me.
The title of the thread is misleading as hell. Paypal, doesnt accept bitcoin, Braintree does. Braintree is a subsidiary of Paypal. Meaning, you will go to braintree to transact bitcoin.
Hence, Paypal does not accept bitcoin.
