My plan for the year 2018 is to buy as many coin that I desire and hold term on a very long term when the price must have multiplied maybe x3 and then I will be able to sell and make reasonable profit. I wouldn't recommend you convert all your bitcoin into Ethereum, as bitcoin is the main cryptocurrency and it would remain so in near future. It would be better if you convert some 30 percent and keep rest of the bitcoin.

My favorite coin is probably EOS. It had the biggest ICO ever and it has made its way into the top 5 before it even launched its mainnet. Now that people can really develop with it, the possibilities are endless.

For me Ethereum is always better option than any other altcoin. Ethereum is the most widely spread and well known altcoin. EOS in the other hand is new and not good enough to compare with Ethereum.
