what  about segwit if it doesn't get adopted?I am not sure if I am interpreting this right. Wont the price take a major blow in this case? Only 25% adoption so far?

I don't have hopes anymore for the landing price of bitcoin to $1,000. Possibly it can just happen for next year and let just 2017 work for the rest.

And as of now base on what is happening with bitcoin, surely that everyone is loving it but not for those people who are waiting for the price to fall.

Because they wanted to buy at lower price but their hope now is a little by little becoming gone.

Ladies and germs we are at 884$   i think we will land at 950$ in 3-4 days and at that level i think a major profit taking will happen and the price will go down to 700 range

No it won't land at $1,000 this Christmas. And only 2 days left before Christmas while the price now is $857 as per preev.com

Unless price will pump $75 for each remaining 2 days which is mostly not going to happen. I don't think that the price will be able to reach $1,000 before the year ends.

But possibly it can hit the $900-$950 and $1,000 on January 2017.

Don't think we'll see $1k by Christmas, but I do have a strong feeling that we will finally hit $1k in 2017. I'm excited to see what is in store for BTC next year.

What does "deserve" have to do with it? Bitcoin's growth has more to do with its growth of being used. Bitcoin's niche markets are those that are not served by the banks. That means the dark markets, the criminal underground, the hackers and all the others that want to circumvent regulation. This is ignored and despised by most in the community but do not underestimate the value it brings to Bitcoin.

It would require a 50-60% hike in 20 days. I hope that it doesn't happen because these kind of surges are invariably followed by drastic falls and disillusionment of a large section of the population.

Nothing to do with that.  I have Jewish friends who despite my strong warning and all the glaring red flags invested into the 2nd ico and lost a lot thanks to the scam artist Dor.  It's not a coincidence that the coin gets pumped to 50x its original value during the ICO only to conveniently plummet right after the ICO ends.  Nothing is a coincidence!!!  The scumbag pumped it up to steal the most amount of money out of investors.  

Unlike many here, I've done business with people like Dor  and I can tell you that they have a well known general reputation in the business community for being money hungry, cheap, super greedy and will cut corners and screw people over if it makes them an extra penny.  They are not to be trusted.   I would actually not be surprised if he flat out orchestrated this whole "fight" in order to kick off the abandonment of the coin with a convenient excuse.

Payback comes in all forms. If you got severely burnt by this con artist, you have his full name (Dor Konforty) and he's on all social media.  Why don't you message all his friends and let them know how much of a good human this con artist is.  Burn him like he burnt you.
