I have heard about Faba from a friend and have been reading through this topic a bit.I'm interested, but would like to know what kind of returns can we expect if we don't have enough funds to vote for companies that will be offered?
Your returns comes to you according to the amount of tokens you hold. There is no special formula.
How often will you pay out dividend?
I presume it will be yearly, same as it is with stocks.I could be wrong though.

How you plan to spend raised funds,what will be your priority after end of sale?
It will be invested in various companies I presume, like it is intended.
I'm sure some will be allocated for marketing, development legal team. That's what I meant,i wanted to know if some specific amount is set.
Yes of course! We have some amount reserved for the various business areas - Legal, marketing, etc
This amount will depend on the amount raised,or you have percentage fixed no matter how much raised?
If we hit our hardcap in this first phase of ICO, then we'll just end the second phase of the ICO.

Can you please elaborate how to buy crypto currencies with PayPal from your platform? You deal with Peer-to-Peer exchange or we have to buy any intermediate currency first, and then sell that currency for Bitcoin? Please clear my doubts. Thank you!
I don't think that they accept PayPal for buying Agate tokens, they accept only cryptocurrencies.

Why you decided to switch on POS? Isnt ethereum blockchain good enough for your purposes,especially now with these changes that are coming?
I think it is because Agate has its iFiat Ecosystem for handling and nullifying volatility when it comes to payments and need it's own blockchain for that.
Isn't Agate code open source? Or just the app? Couldn't that be translated to Etherium blockchain too?
How would we then have POS if Agate was on ETH blockchain?
Agate will move to their wn blockchain this quarter.POS is the future,even ethereum will eventually switch.
Etherium is already making moves, hard fork should happen on 16th.
Does that mean that there will be no more mining of ETH ? That will affect the price a lot right?

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that.
It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions.
The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions.
Lower fees i think, as usually card companies take 2-3% from every transaction,an with agate having much lower fees,it should pay off easily.
What will be the fee for transaction on agate platform?
Transaction fee will be 0.1 AGT. Thats considerably less than standards fees.

I think there will be no mining when it comes to Agate. Agate will be POS.

Since it will be proof of stake system,it will be abit more complicated than that.
Yeah, it won't be a wallet kind of staking, it will be staking through pools.
How will that work? I have never tried staking that way before, usually you have a wallet and you put it in the staking mode and that is it.How much AGT do we need to stake? Is 1 AGT for example going to be enough to theoretically stake?

When you going to distribute bounty tokens?Bounty campaign finished few months ago and we are still waiting.
We are still waiting for public sale so i doubt that tokens ill be distributed before that happens.My guess is few more months till bounty tokens distribution.

Yepy, and its still going on, but you have to be at least full member rank.
Do yo know how many people are participating in this VIP bounty?
I think that more than 100 members are part of the VIP signature campaign.
It would also be nice to have a bounty in which new members can join, so hard to find bounty for new member.

I was reading about Agate app a bit and they mentioned that it will support a lot of currencies, does anyone have a link or know which ones will be supported when app is released fully?
I have not seen the list, but as far as I remember there will be almost all traditional fiat currencies supported thanks to iFIAT Ecosystem and you will be able to exchange them for any crytocurrency that will be available in the app too.
You will be able to exchange any currency either fiat or crypto that team manages to implement and add to app, because AGATE is officially registered as a digital currency exchange provider with AUSTRAC.

This was announced like a month ago, most likely a lot of people missed it like me.There should be a lot more people interested in Agate considering that they are officially exchange too.Team should share this more often.

You should definitely report that scam telegram group,and let Agate team know so they can also take measures.Those kind of groups can damage project reputation,so it is needed to react as soon as possible.
