GUYS I have been burned by SMALL CLAIMS SOLICITORS and any recommendations from fightalpha, fightalpha is just a commercial for these companies, you can just tell by the advertising. A way for people to make money from people who have already lost money. Its a SCAM in itself.

I would contact a reputable law firm, if possible where they do some sort of no-win no-fee. Either way do not use fightalpha's ways, i followed their guides and lost lots of money in claim form and paying their advertised law firm. And also lost money in 3rd party debt... And I did not pay this money directly to court either, the law firm took the money and paid the court (and took their own fee).

I would advice not using commercial fightalpha and look at other smarter means.

And I do not know about the credibility of all these court cases that are so called being won and being paid because I have not seen a penny or any success.

Be weary of people when it comes to giving more money to get more money, it is just a scam in itself. LPC and Small Claims Solicitors btw does not guarantee you any success so you cannot even get any money back from  this law firm that is taking advantage of us already losing so much money  

I am also wondering how much commission owner of fightalpha is getting from forwarding cases to these law firms. Cryptocurrencies was meant to save us from such fraudlent people from all angles, First Alpha, now this new website and forum messages.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. We know there has been some speculation about us and our project and we are now glad to finally put that to rest, and show you proof of our fabricated and packaged Viper chips that are now in hand.

This is a major milestone and hurdle we have overcome in terms of risk, time and money. Now that we have working chips all we need to do is assemble these and ship; we are of course currently assembling the devices and shipping will follow once this is complete. All fully paid orders should be 'processing' and will change to 'completed' once the order has shipped. We will also be quickly releasing a video demonstrating our chips hashing as an update to the community.

Where many new ASIC companies have failed to tape-out and produce working chips we have succeeded. While we are regrettably late in our shipping schedule please note our hash rates are still 10 times originally promised and with our profit sharing scheme not to mention the batch 1 loyalty bonuses we believe we have done our best to make up for this. Generally speaking most if not all ASIC manufacturers have never delivered on time and with batch 1 soon behind we have every intention of taking what we have learned and overcoming this in our next generation product.

That's who you're competing against.  It will very much matter.

His failure to acknowledge this either says A) he's totally unfamiliar with the market or B) he's a moron.

This Time Alpha Technology says soon, but how soon exactly and how many people are actually let that did not request to get a refund. Even if they do manage to ship any hardware anytime soon or at all we won’t be surprised to see the situation with KNC’s Titan miners repeating. Meanwhile there is already a dedicated website called Fight Alpha Technology Scam that is a forum dedicated to helping with useful information and advice people that want to get their money back from Alpha-T.

We just wanted to clarify that while we are pushing for shipping to occur mid-December please bare in mind we are relying on external parties at this point so if any unexpected delays arise during the final processes it would be outside of our control just so you don't think we were being misleading when we spoke of this date. Whilst we are doing our best to push for this date as fast as possible with them we have learned not to make any guarantees; it is just the date we anticipate.

This was over a week ago. This is what I would call a pretty loose definition of the word "quickly." So when can we expect to see this?
