Listing on such weak market is very bad idea. Moreover it usually requires a listing fee. So.. Team has to plan the budgeting very carefully
Not necessary listing means only for money! There are a lot of exchanges where are voting rounds and if project has active community - it is possible to to win the voting

Team is going far away of the roadmap as far as i know. Thats why i dont think it will be a problem at all.

As you nentioned - that projects are the main competitors. Such projects like those ones and REA in particular always grow in price and dominate the market. It is like infrastructural projects
Hope you are right. Nevertheless token growth will fully depend on the market condition. Thats obvious It is impossible to grow against the market
I know. Im speaking mostly about long term vision. In long run (when market is bullish) this proj has very bright future

Even Vitalik Buterin told that in long run most of crypto would not exist, and only strongest one with real usecase will survive! And this particular project is one of such projects. So, yes, REA will survive

What about liquidity? How may i ensure it will be good enough after main listings?
PS crypto bridge listing happend very fast but i can not say it is the major exchange for REA

More exchanges = bigger liquidity. The only way to get liquidity - List token on exchanges. Did u expect smth different?
Hm.. Well, probably manual maintaining the price by team or smth like that
It is market manipulation! So team would not risk and do that. Price is determined by the traders not the team
