Re: Short term investment suggestion
by

Guys, any suggestions for short-term investment?

As of this moment, doing such short term investment was really a huge risk because many people won't realize until such time their bad experience timely stress them.
My suggestions on this matter, don't seek for quick profits it might end up into your worst nightmare. Much better invest your time and money on potential tokens with few holders, and that's what I'm looking to on recent times

Re: What if $70k was Bitcoin ATH for the year?
by
Boov
on 14/12/2021, 22:51:20 UTC
Will you be satisfied if 2021  ends with an ATH of $70k for Bitcoin. Will it make you more richer or it wouldn't add any value to your intial capital.
Will you regret you joined the trend late or  would you be glad you bought when the  market did a retracement? Or you are still staring at Bitcoin with some sentiment

Let's give it more years to come at that certain value, and as of the moment we're catching up every struggling situation. On my visionary, I don't care that much because my projections isn't a short trading plot that gonna earn minimal gains. If there's a chance to accumulate my balance then I'd grab some opportunity in order to avoid regrets. Sometimes it may sound uncertain, but I won't risk on things which I couldn't afford to lose.

Re: What is your analysis says about btc in Q1 of 2022??
by

on 13/12/2021, 23:28:31 UTC
This year is about to end. On December in 2020, btc was around $18k. That time bull run started and With the start of 2021, btc made itself almost double of its price within 1month. Then again Record Ath on $63k. Suddenly it dumped near $32k on july but again bounce back and makes us surprise with many ATH for the whole year (last one was near $68k on 9th november). So what is your analysis says? Btc will doing good on start of 2022 or bear run could be seen for long term after we enter 2022

There's no assurance that we could get a certain target of continuous bullrun this year, beforehand long term isn't an easy situation for traders. We have to experience a lot of challenges, bear market will come to existence while moving towards your target value. Upcoming 2022 will be a great opportunities for everybody, let's have all the tolerance specially our patience which is our only key to success.

Re: Dollar Cost Averaging Question

If I wanted to buy $1,400 of bitcoin every week, should I buy $200 a day or should I buy the $1,400 every week?

Any options will be greatly appreciated.

There's no need to buy every week, just look on the trend of the chart and doing a cost averaging you should see a continuous drop before deciding to take a buy actions. That's right to have a $200 per entry but be careful, once there's a quick recovery don't attempt to panic buy; you might have a break even profit. Always follow the rules of buy when low and sell at high.

Re: What if Bitcoin is overtaken by Ethereum in market cap?
by
Boov
on 09/12/2021, 23:40:24 UTC
Or any other alt coin for that matter? I'm wondering if and how it would damage/tarnish Bitcoin's reputation as the Gold standard of all cryptos. I believe it may also affect how institutions view bitcoin, and it may even affect the idea of digital scarcity. No longer can we assume that bitcoin (or its usurper) will remain #1 forever, so how can you imagine it as a safe long term store of value or preserver of wealth? Is the idea of true digital scarcity threatened if bitcoin loses it's #1 rank?

For example, I imagine it would be like silver flipping gold's market cap, (which is practically unthinkable)  however, this event would forever alter how gold is perceived, especially by new potential investors.

I don't think so bitcoin loses the current rank it has, being the #1 with biggest subscribers who've been holding huge quantities; that's impossible eth would overtake btc. Many people said mere perspectives, but that doesn't give them fears over as they all knew how strong is the Bitcoin community was. Potential news investors relied with how a coin run through years, and Bitcoin had been through a lot of rising and falling scenario so it's by trend the value depends.

Re: Bitcoin on sale, will the support continues to hold?

We should learn what had happened lately on how the situation of dip goes over, because as downtrend begun to burst out buyers also entered. Every opportunity they've seen is a great chance to own bitcoin and hold until such time recovery comes. Strong holders always take the risk, but don't ignore possible crashes when these traders meet their specific goals. Everytime support continue to resist, weak handed individuals tend to lose patience.

Re: Bitcoin is getting more bearish, what is the trigger?
by
Boov
on 07/12/2021, 22:59:14 UTC

We can see that there is a bearish channel pattern in bitcoin and this is Bitcoin's current position, which is already in a bearish phase. Before there is a breakout of the resistance, the current Bearish will continue to occur.

If you want to invest or trade, it's better to be careful because the potential price towards the $40k level is still possible.

I previously seen that price rages below $50k last few days but it eventually recovers until now. Though there's another chance that we might see another potential collapse of btc price, still taking an entry point while strong resistance is there danger zone could be present. Most importantly we must think of long term holds instead of quick trading for a meanwhile.

Re: Reason for the dump in Bitcoin and most of the Altcoin?
by
Boov
on 06/12/2021, 22:28:47 UTC
Things were getting better as we were expecting a pump in the value of bitcoin but it was dropped by over 10%. Is it just the usual December pulback or it is here to stay I mean a long bearish run? How are you preparing for a possible bull trap and now even if it was temoprary it might take some for the market due to fud.

The reasons was due to people facing a lot of struggles during the danger zone of each and everybody's financial situation. Fud and other related circumstances was making it so hard to survive, yet many also strive harder in order to sustain despite of every challenges. As we can see the dip isn't that worst compared from previous year, hopefully this would only take temporarily and not that bearish.

My Skills was developed for several years, but still unpredictable trend will become more harder when you got different factors affect your decision making. That's why we need to focus in different aspects that would provide you several opportunities to catch up potential losses and wins.

Don't you buy on that price you're saying, because this time we reached corrections and the price goes below $60k. That's a good opportunity to take actions right now, while it doesn't fall below $50k and there's really a big chances to recover and touch $60k once again.
Bitcoin had proven a lot of times, and I can't afford to lose all over again just like the old days I made my mistakes.

Re: Exchange or hardware wallet ?

What are the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods to store your coins?

There's a lot of advantages when we use hardware wallet as to compared it with storing them on your exchange account. When it's stored at exchange site, you're vulnerable of phishing attacks and hackers because you don't own the full security of it. Hardware wallet capabilities is with full security and the only advantages is on unexpected accident like power interruption and hardware malfunction, you couldn't afford to back it up instantly.

Re: How do you manage Bitcoin price now
by
Boov
on 30/11/2021, 22:52:39 UTC
Ever since that I know Bitcoin and start to trust this project, I'm no doubt that my trust is intact. All the changes, like the dump and pump scenario, are a part of the market issues and it never changes anything for me coz I understand and I think that we are all aware of the volatility of the market that made this thing. Should we have to worry about this? NO, because even in the stock market, price fluctuations are still present and we can't hold that nor stop it forever. Because this is the reality in crypto and this it gives attractions.

Having an attractions from crypto would really provide us hope for what we've been struggling for so many years. Good business that has been linked towards bitcoin, but it's so sad to think fluctuations made our emotions so difficult to thrive. Managing btc price needs strong dedication and self control which can be diverted with other coins just to seek other options as well.

Re: Bitcoin resistance and support price
by
Boov
on 29/11/2021, 23:13:37 UTC
I am not ready to sell my bitcoin because I know its price will increase back, I do not mind if it will take time but I know it will increase back. But recently the price of bitcoin has been decreasing, before it was at a resistance of $60000 but now it is at a resistance of $55000. I am thinking bitcoin price may never increase for now back to above $60000. The support is strong at $50000 and bitcoin has not falled to the level at all but is this not the begining of the bearish market?

That's the best decision you ever made mate, resistance never been taken down as price rapidly recovers towards $57k - $58k lastly and it stabilized. Bearish market hasn't come back yet, lets expect demand to rise for even better value. Only that we have to wait for few more months before all time high takes place.

Re: Do you guys think 0.1BTC is enough to "make it"?
by
Boov
on 28/11/2021, 23:08:06 UTC
Considering the supply vs global population = 0.003BTC per person to go around.

Then other factors like not all 21 million will be in circulation due to lost wallets/deceased hodlers who never informed anyone where their seed is, and also an increasing global population and future generations who all want in.

Do you think 0.1BTC will be like owning a mansion?

Definitely it's like owning a valuable property nowadays, and that 0.1 btc during those day of 2017 was not a big deal compared today. But for now, it's really an amazing profitable amount to generate bigger gains once it earns passive income specially when you're proficient with day trading and other crypto investments.

Board Mining (Altcoins)
Re: Stupid Mining Question

on 27/11/2021, 23:04:22 UTC
Hi guys,
I would like to start mining, but I have never mined before. I am thinking of selling some altcoins and buying cards or whatever is needed for mining. But how to pick the best coin? What is the most profitable one that you would suggest? Also, in my country is hard to find good graphic cards right now, and I wouldnt buy used cards. Can I mine good coins without cards, using something else?

I've had mining right now but not using a cards same with what you're saying, and I guess that's expensive compared to mining softwares like on mobile phones. Recently I've installed mining platform like PI network that promises good returns to every user and you can create you own network as circle of users would actually earn from every referrals that took huge earning when increased numbers of your team. Hopefully you'll check this kind of app and it's available to be downloaded at playstore for free.

Re: Bitcoin is recovering
by

on 26/11/2021, 21:05:39 UTC
Bitcoin has made good progress today compared to last three days today Bitcoin almost touched $60k ($59,390) as a result we have seen decent progress in other altcoins as well. Either this is a breakout point wherein bitcoin will proceed towards new ATH or a bull trap but I don't think it would be a bull trap as market just went through correction phase. What's your opinion on bitcoin at the moment?

Bitcoin comes back at small price after it went to recovery towards $60k, and as you can see corrections was still uncertain because it might touch down below $50k of it doesn't show good pumps. Many traders and long term investor would probably take their profit as long as they determine an advanced along the way. We just need to take some more patience before we embrace more successful gains.

With the way crypto world is going now and everything is techy futuristic what advice would you give your children when growing up?

Gaming as we know it can now give you monthly payments and as a parent would you allow your kids to get into this just for the money making? To be honest kids are more good at gaming

Indeed, even my own kids were good on that field but not all the time we should allow them to make it the priority of all activities in daily lives. In fact they now started to venture some nft play to earn games but not to the extent that they're going to neglect studies just because they're going to make money out of playing games and earn at a young age.

Re: Is GPU mining really dying?
by
Boov
on 24/11/2021, 23:14:01 UTC
What do you think about staking rewards Vs mining rewards? With the looks of things presently I fear that GPU mining is dying cos look around you how many new projects are adopting PoW algorithm? Mining 5 years ago was better than mining today, every new projects are talking about APY returns and staking only, what do you think? Wrong or not?

I don't think these PoW algorithm will prosper same as gpu mining, though it sounds good to know that they're doing good because it doesn't cost a lot of energy. That would do something bad at your device like mobile hardware of computer's internal components because it might shorten it's lifespan. We can't further say wrong or right here, but for my best opinion I would still remain in favor of gpu mining rather than other new ways and I'm confident that it won't die as long sustainable returns will continue to progress.

Re: Reason behind BTC market change
by
Boov
on 24/11/2021, 19:45:14 UTC
The reason behind all of this downturn it's because most traders and long term holders begun to take their best opportunity to enjoy all the gains they had.
Market normally changes from time to time, so if you're taking a deep breath for so many months don't ever be greed because you might end up losing many times.
Basically, those many factors that affected the price to go down was such a huge opportunity for everybody who wanted to take another entry point every now and then.

Re: My Challenge with small investment in bitcoin
by

on 26/09/2021, 23:53:22 UTC
Buy only what you can afford to lose, don't risk everything for your money if you aren't sure what would the future brings for you.
As you started your investment you must purchase small percentage from your capital while price hasn't stabilized yet. Once price goes higher sell them and take your gains.
You could earn good profit using this method, selling your asset with small quantity but avoid dumping all coins you had because there's a big change it bounces so high.
