support now wrote, that there was a glitch and I should get my contract back...

Can you tell me what support has said to you. I am in the same situation (missing 15th) and all they are saying is that my account has became unprofitable.

Up to 2/7/2016...I knew this day would come eventually!  I am 168 days into a lifetime 1.5THs contract and it's down to paying $0.02 per day.  It's not dead yet but it's gasping for air.  I paid 2.6310 BTC for this contract and I've collected 0.5438 in payouts from it and that's pretty much all I will ever see back.  I bought this contract as a test hoping to do more later on.  What a total waste of time and money.  If you are thinking of buying a cloud contract from Genesis because of their slick web site, do yourself a favor and just buy and hold BTC instead.

I am in the same boat. As of now I have just over 50% ROI. I know I'm not going to make that money back.

My advice to anyone considering investing with GM is don't, buy bitcoin directly, it is what I wish I did.

A slight improvement for yesterdays operation.  Difficulty is the same, BTC is $2 lower yet there is an improvement in payout.  This is the kind of thing that makes you want to just scratch your head.

I was going to throw something similar together as this is what is bugging me most. difficulty changes, price stays the same pay out drops. Difficulty stays the same, price drops, payout rises. If there has been a technical hitch over the past week and money has been lost then we are owed something!

Instead of deleting my posts, why don't you show to the world how much I paid your company and how much I "mined" ?

Why can't you prove I'm wrong when I'm saying no body will ROI with you ? Face my posts instead of deleting it.

We have already explained to you why your payouts are what they are, because your contracts have reached a point where the daily fee is more than the payouts. A 2 USD per TH/s fee per day when mining Bitcoin at the moment brings under 2 USD a day.

We have mainly 3 different contracts out there with 3 different maintenance fees.

SHA 256 contracts started around September a year ago, these contracts were either 0.02 USD per 10GH/s and then later on 0.01 USD per 5GH/s but both these are equivalent to 0.002 USD per GH/s per day or 2 USD per TH/s. This maintenance fee lasted until late January 2015 when we introduced lower maintenance fees going forward of 0.0015 USD per GH/s or 1.50 USD per TH/s. Then last week we lowered the fees again and going forward fees are now 0.0012 USD per GH/s per day or 1.20 USD per TH/s.

As you know or should know, we deduct a daily maintenance fee from the generated coins that covers all ongoing costs like electricity costs, cooling, maintenance work and hosting services. If the ongoing costs exceed the mined coins, there is no point in mining anymore - since you as a customer would have to pay more for the mining than you actually get out of it. We don't charge you for this difference. Then as it is written in the terms which have to be agreed to before any hashpower is purchased, if this carries on for 20 preceeding days then the contracts are terminated.

We have many users who have many types of contracts in their accounts covering all the fees mentioned above so because of this they are still getting positive payouts.

Genesis Mining

This still doesn't answer the real question regarding greater transparency. Why won't GM publish blocks found?

I'd really like an explanation why my payouts dropped 40% in two days while the BTC-price remained equal (in fact it rose a little).

(edit: 40% not 60%).

Same here : http://imgur.com/DsJ3U0N

You better have a good explanation GM....

I'm waiting for a serious answer. I WANT to know which pool you are using.
Let's be transparent, or trust me you will have to face angry people.

I would like to have a better overview over the Mining and the finded Blocks that my Hashrates are trying to solve.

That would be great to get more transparance at genesis Mining

Unfortunately at the moment as we have posted before, if you look up in our past posts here, it is not possible at the moment to display that kind of information. We are working on that.

You better work on it really really fast.

I agree, questions need to be answered. Like you guys I am also down on payouts (and yet to receive a payout today). If GM are pulling a fast one when I think I will be using what little ROI I have on a nice trip to iceland...
