Countries or central banks can create their own cryptocurrency, but there are still many inadequacies. Certainly, government-issued cryptocurrency will not be able to compete with Bitcoin and Altcoin in terms of value and popularity.

This is a great way for Facebook. Currently, through Facebook payments, new users can only link their Messenger account with the debit and pay to friends by instant message, or purchase via Messenger and Marketplace on Facebook. The scope of use is limited, not linked to other e-commerce applications and sites.
