IT depends what kinda of ICOs depends on what the ICO have to offer.
I personally think it a better move to invest in pre ICOs , active ones.
try and look for some or ask for recommandations.

I think we need to trust some of the pre-ICOs.Just analyze what's on the market even tho lots of people think there's nothing good left.The important thing we need to focus on is "the investers" strong ones, they take a look at what they invest in.I don't think they invest in something they don't believe in.Take as example "SoftBank"/"Du Capital", they are investing in a pre-ICO "Ludos", I dont think they are investing blindfolded.
I checked that Ludos, I must say they have a lot of good investers besides SoftBank and Du capital, they have a good plan, nice strategy, and take a look a what they're trying to develop, an ecosystem for the gaming community.
I don't know, I think this what the market needs right now, pre-ICOs, projects with strong investers.This what we need to focus on, these kind of projects.

I invested in RED's token and I'm still satisfied with the level it is. I invested in the entire project not just to make some money with this token

I am sure that RED Wifi Meters will revolutionize the entire industry, what they bring on the table is awesome and I don't think that there is another competitor who is doing this right now

What do you guys think? Who is the next partner? I'm betting my money on a company that provides batteries for the solar panels or maybe they will surprise us with something else. I will stay tuned for this project
