Deposited. Has multiple confirmations. Not even showing in my account. When asking chat mod what's up. Blamed it on the block chain. When I said no, it has confirmations what do you think they did? Chat banned me for "insults". Folks a legitimate business and sportsbook does not do this. The say sorry and see what the issue is. When they want you to shut up and go away there is a reason. Im sure the nitro rep will apologize here, blah blah blah but this is seriously shady. Going to post this to twitter, Reddit, and Facebook as well. Nice try nitro!? But not me....

It's getting so bad. A match was rained out, I watched it live, won't be played till later in the season. It's a cancel rest of my parlay pays out. 16 hours of back and first and still nothing. "We can find no info on this line" ya the one u put to bet up and is your responsibility to grade in a timely manner. Things are getting so bad there.

Well here we go. I am one of many. I have 2fa setup, one account for years. I go to make a small .008 cash out and I get. Oops your account has been locked for a quick review. First of all, locked for what, me requesting my own funds? I have the most up to date security, so it's not that. What is it nitrogen? Why all these random account reviews for no reason at all. I don't transfer, don't play huge, I'm just an avg. user who is now frustrated that my account is locked for no doing of my own and no reason given. Why lock it in a cash out. Why not upon depositing or logging in, why when I request money. You've been doing this to alot of people and I hope you fix my account soon or there will be social media hell to pay.

This is a very common practice in the industry. For example, on NFL, we leave lines open a few minutes after the game starts as long as there is no score or significant plays. The same applies for tennis. As previously advised, your bet is valid and will not be cancelled. That is final.

Something tells me if I bet a huge Longshot that win if I bet AFTER a match has started it would be cancelled. No sports book does this as the rep said. Live betting, maybe but even then I doubt. But regular start time betting??? Never. When it starts it's taken off. Even their own t.o.s. says tickets bet after a match starts will be voided. They freerolled me. This site is so shady how anyone bets here is beyond me.

So let me get this straight. Your site rules according to you that if a bet is made after a match starts it's up to you whether it's cancelled or not. Something tells me if someone sees a 100-1 shot ahead and past posts you'd cancel it faster than flies on crap. I don't care about the bet. What I care about is your terms saying all bets made after a match starts and null and void yet your saying it's not. Your the only spprtsbook I've ever seen that when a customer emails you to say hey I was behind beforeni even bet and you say hey too bad so sad, all's well right? Well it's out in the open for all to read. This is how nitrogen works you guys. Play at your discretion.

They had the bet going off at 9:40. It started at 9. Other people bet it at 9:10 etc. for the Longshot. Bet those got cancelled yet they grade mine. I bet it right as del potro broke, ask any other sports book if they keep lines up if a match has started and the first play made even if "no significant (to them) plays have been made. Joke

Something is going on here. Multiple people complaining about 12 hr+ cashouts and requesting cancel to gamble with. I understand the further review line they tow but it seems this is the new static, slow roll and hope for degens to cancel and lose. I am also waiting on a game to be graded it's been 14 hours. After no reply a few minutes later I said in chat "please grade been over 12 hours" I got chat banned for an entire day. Legit sportsbook?
