Re: Are you taxed on Bitcoin?

I don't really have to because I don't hold that much amount. But being a online currency there is no role of any government in making a transfer, sending or receiving btc. But if you make a transaction with a government merchant or bank in middle, like sending money to bank, or withdraw using bank account they will definitely charge you government tax for that.

Bitcoins are treated as first in digital currency or crypto currency. If it's true then MC Donald's will be world's first fast food company to accept cryptos.

It's not that easy to stop Bitcoin throughout the world, many steps will be responsible to ban crypto currency, as btc will be banned the demand for btc will be lower and so the price of Bitcoins will get less. If this happens on Large scale, with including many standards btc will has its end value. But it will take a long time, till then we have enough time to make money.

gonna be rollercoaster
Prediction is hard for Bitcoin as it would face a down after going up for a time, we can't judge certainty of btc still like other market place this down graph of btc will result in sudden increase in btc, and possibly it will touch 15000$ before the end of 2017. So it will not be a good decision to sell it right now with the down it will go for large jump within short time.

Re: How high bitcoins can go?

Short answer is: no one knows. It depends on how much trust people will continue to place in the currency, as well as governments or other institutions trying to regulate the currency.
Bitcoin will keep growing untill there is time when everyone will know it from all part of the world and it will be the highest, it also depends on capacity of people they can afford to buy Bitcoin. 2017 was a blooming year for btc and with the growing popularity of btc the value is expected to grow over 10,000$. I don't know exactly how far it can go but we are far away from it's highest price.

I think we have to wait for a long time to see the Bitcoin in each and every corner of the world
I agree once it is popular it will be used for making transactions, but still many companies are interested in selling their products like Microsoft, many blog websites, dating sites (ok cupid) and even most of the porn sites still it is only limited for online transactions it will take long time for us to buy our daily stuffs using cryptos and the primary objective behind considering btc will be legalization in particular country.

Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.

I took the same course like you. Computer related courses students has a wide range opportunity to learn the fast growing high end technology. Yes, I agree with putting a new curiculum in college studies adding cryptocurrencies  as a subject. But I think its better if we add Blockchain technology as a subject and cryptocurrencies specially Bitcoin as a sub topic for the subject. I am very interested in learning the art of blockchain and cryptography , but Its hard to for me manage and spare some time to study.
It will take a long time to bring cryptos to curriculum as legalization may be the primary objective for a country, moreover I agree on use of technology used by crypto currency and it will only be possible when people are more aware of cryptos first. Still Bitcoin is spreading with high rate among students and everyone will know about it in upcoming time and it should be better to gain knowledge regarding technologies used in online wallet and cryptos.

I knew I should of bought more when it fell the other week. Any guesses to where it will be this time next year.
Yeah there's a lot much of volatility with the growing value of btc as it was around 6000$ in start of month and it has broke his shell crossing 8000$ as 2017 was blooming year and with the growing popularity it will be more than 8000 it will go through many limits, investors are looking forward for the upcoming year as a golden year for them.

Yes i am its so surprising i think this is the time to invest we need to introduce the bitcoin to other people and more endorsement so that more people will encourage
to invest.
Yeah everyone is going crazy with the figure the Bitcoin is crossing, on 17th November Bitcoin break through it's shell crossing the value  of 8000$ which was around 6000 at the start of the month. As with increasing popularity peoples are showing there interest in investing , 2017 has given a growth graph and still it's not too late to start investing as many of them think it will further increase in 18, expecting it as a blooming year.

It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.

I have seen threads that have discussed the possibility of adding a new Crypto section to high school economics or a college/uni course. I would vote for something like that since right now a lot of jobs are being replaced by robots and newer things. The cryptocurrency world is a new version of ecomonics and people need to pay attention to it. If you would receive credentials from a college, backing that you, saying have knowledge in the crypto world, it could lead to better job opportunities. This would be hard to implement though since changing the curriculum of the entire education system would have to have heaps of support and a willing government to back it. Could be nice to see this implemented in the future though.

With the continuing interest which Bitcoin is gaining, I am sure that soon we can see many learning institutions to include the subjects of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology into their curriculum. Blockchain technology is representing a revolution and soon this revolution can go down to the application level where even schools can take advantage of.

Here in my country, there are already schools which accept Bitcoin as a form of payment so it is likely that students can get elbow-to-elbow with Bitcoin. I am waiting for a time where a critical mass of entrepreneurial young people can get excited with Bitcoin.
Right now I don't think so because it is not legalised in many of the countries but in future yeah it may be possible as knowledge of trading Bitcoin and specially signature campaign is spreading rapidly among students and it will be more useful for business schools and colleges to adopt it in syllabus for gaining practical benefits in field of trading

In my opinion, price will increase in 6 months. But first, we will see 2000 dollars in the next month Smiley
So don't buy now, you can buy cheaper prices...

The New Year's Day is very important for Bitcoin, usually in January and February, Bitcoin gains value, I think people are sending each other a Christmas gift Smiley
Yes, I too think that Bitcoin will surely bloom more after the new year and also perhaps cryptos lovers may send their gifts in Bitcoins. Bitcoin has always given us the best opportunity to earn a good living and doesn't really find any discrimination in gender, age and everything else. Everyone can earn a good living in the cryptos world. Bitcoin has faced many problems in these recent days and now it is the chance for Bitcoin to gloom up much more in the futures Even Bitcoin can reach 6000$ by the yeatlr end and that is definately profitable for all the Bitcoin holders!
