I need to find the Genesis.json file, so I can modify it and modify the chainID.

I cannot find the file, and no where can I find reference to its location. I am running a ubuntu 16 virtual machine on windows.

I am doing this to attempt to figure out why I am getting this error message:

Error: insufficient funds for gas * price + value

Lazyboozer has a life outside of crypto, and has not left the project, Just look at the updates that keep coming for desirecoin, It is very annoying that a bunch of people jumped shipped and are attempting to take valuable desire, for an unknown new currency, gravium, which is not established like Desire.  They are trading 1:1 for Desire to Gravium, which is ridiculous, mainly because Desire has much more value from being listed on multiple exchanges, masternode sites, and much more, and Desire is even on coinexchange, which costed Lazyboozer 4 bitcoins to get Desire listed.  I respect that Lazy has a life, and I havent lost any faith in the project, just because he had business in his life to handle.  Sorry, just had to vent. 

ps I must admit though, the whitepaper Lazyboozer produced for desire was Lazy, and needs to be rewritten.

Thought I would post here about Chaincoins masternode reward increase.  Early this morning (pacific time) chaincoin shifted away some of the block reward from the miners to the masternode holders.  Chaincoin has an 8 coin per block reward, which the node holders now get 3.6 coins per block, from 2.8 coins, as the reward increased from 35% of the block to 45%.

I want to make sure this info is accurate:

1 masternode generates between 15 - 20 coins per 24 hours.  I've had as low as 5 coins, and as high as 40 coins in 24 hour periods.

I am running more than 5 nodes right now.

LoL a few "minor" updates!  These updates are huge!

There is a small active community who are working on Syndicate.

Bro, thats not very smart.  Giving the dev team part of the coins will make it much more valuable in the long run.  That means the coin will be self funding, and shows the crypto world that chain is a serious coin.
