Re: What should I buy for $ 10,000?

It actualy depends on your olan, whether you’ll have it as a long term investment or a short one. For me, it is best to diversify your investment so with such amount, i think investing 40% of it in bitcoin then 30% on eth and another 30% on an altcoin that you believe have so much potential and then have it as along term investment. With that, you will definitely gain some profit.

Re: do ethereum compete with bitcoin?

There is no denying that eth is constantly improving and numerous people and investors are actually using it and investing in it. However, to compare it with bitcoin, that is another story. Despite bitcoin’s drop, its value is still way too far from eth. Other than that, bitcoin technology is pretty much isfferent from wth thus, it cannot be its competitor. Though in popularity and usage, eth may be a bit aggressive but it is still way too far from
Bitcoin.

Re: Which one do you choose?

Apparently, from where i am, online payment using bitcoin isn’t actually a thing yet so i guess i would go for using bitcoin in exchange sites. Moreover, using it in tradong sires may or may not allow you to gain some profit so i guess it is way better than using it in online selling. Though usong bitcoin as a paymennt for inline transaction provides convenience but it isn’t a thing yet in my country.

Crypto market has long been crazy since the end of last year and up until nkw, it hasn’t actually recovered.Although, there are small progress here and there but it hasn’t totally recovered yet. I guess it will recover but i believe it will take a longer time unlike last year that value just shoot up by the start of the second half of the year.

Re: bitcoin will end? anynother coin to be next by bitcoin?
by
Butchick
on 13/07/2018, 01:26:53 UTC
IT is pretty much obvious that bitcoin value is dropping but it also goes the same with other coins thus, butcoin value affects most of the coins. Thought there is a continuous drop of bitcoin, it doesn’t actually mean that it is the end. Until such time that altcoins exist and there are people Investing in bitcoin and altcoin, bitcoin will continue to exist. The end of bitcoin will also mean the end of the entire crypto currency.

Re: ETH is the next generation of BTC?

We can never deny the fact that eth is also a good coin to invest in and is also one of the most progressive and widely used especially in bounty campaigns. However, i don’t think eth will be the next generation of bitcoin because togugh prices are really dropping way too low, i don’t think eth can ever surpass bitcoin.

Definitely, i still do. Despite all the craziness happening in the crypto market and the negativities surrounding them, i still believe that crypto have a bright future and that a few months or years from now, it will become one of the world’s greatest and it will definitley overcome every struggle it encounters.

this question has been going around for so many times already and despite all the things that is happening in the crypto market and the dips that has been going on, i still don't think that any coin can surpass bitcoin. yes,it may be possible that when it comes in doing some transactions, other coins may perform faster than bitcoin but this doesn't mean that it can surpass bitcoin.

Re: Did you buy bitcoin in December 2017?
by

on 07/07/2018, 22:11:07 UTC
I  Didn’t had the chance to buy some bitcoins last december 2017 and with its value now, i guess it is better that i wasn’t able to because if i did, i would have lost most of my investment if i planned to withdraw them within a year.  Investing in bitcoin truly works when you do it in a long term regardless if you got it at a low value or during its ath. Long term investmwnt will definitly allow you to gain some from your investment.

Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ?
by
Butchick
on 07/07/2018, 08:08:32 UTC
We all know for a fact that bitcoin follows a decentralized system and it is somehow the exact opposite of the system that banks are following. Moreover, i don't think bitcoin will ever replace money though there is a possibility that the number of users will increase but since it follows a decentralized system, i doubt the government will give in to it.

The market is going crazy and there is too much fluctuation going on and so with that, i would definitely hold on to my altcoins. Aside from that though, i am holding on to it because it will also serve as an investment and i am prett sure that with the coin that i will be recieving soon from this campain, returns would definitely be great.

Re: Are bounty managers to be blamed?
by
Butchick
on 06/07/2018, 08:13:40 UTC
I don’t think bounty managers are to be blamed when the project won’t turn out the way you expexted or it becomes a scam. Although bounty managers may have a direct communication with the project but there is a huge possibility that the managers doesn’t or will not know that it is a scam unless the manager is directly involved with the project. So with that, i think it is best to give them the benefit of a doubt and at the same time, not curse them.

Re: $12000 to invest in long term. Which coin? :D
by
Butchick
on 30/05/2018, 11:35:57 UTC
That is quite a huge amount to invest so i think the best thing you should do is read about the coins that you think have a huge potential. Anyhow, investing requires huge risk eapecially if you invest quite a huge amount of money and yes, the chances of losing some of it is actually possible. With that amount, i suggest you invest it in 3 or 4 different coins, meaning, diversify your portfolio. With this strategy, chances of gaining profit is higher especially if you do long term investment.

Re: bitcoin or litecoin ?
by
Butchick
on 30/05/2018, 07:44:52 UTC
Obviously, both coins have different technologies and strategies although they are both equally good for long term investment. However, I see bitcoin to have more potential than litecoin and i think it will give you bigger profit than the pther. So if i get to choose between the two, i would definitely invest in bitcoin first then the other coin will follow.

Re: Why people are still buying Bitcoin?
by
Butchick
on 30/05/2018, 02:43:25 UTC
I think people area till buying bitcoin despite its challenges and possible slow growth in value because a lot of people believes in it and see every chance of profit gain in any other way. Another reason would be because most people investing in it are hoping that bitcoin value will again increase rapidly up to $19k or more in just a short span of time, which is actually possible.

Re: How stable is Bitcoin.
by
Butchick
on 26/05/2018, 13:48:16 UTC
i don't think stability will ever be achieved by bitcoin because for one, bitcoin possesses a tremendously volatile characteristic and with that alone, stability is very much hard to achieve; that is if we are talking about its value. so long as there are people that buy and sells bitcoin and mines it at the same time, bitcoin will continuously become unstable and i think that is a good sign because for people who invests in it especially long tern investment, stability implies that there will be no profit gained.

Re: Bitcoin have more risks than benefits?
by
Butchick
on 25/05/2018, 11:51:04 UTC
there is no denying that bitcoin is very much risky especially that it is a digital currency and has a high volatility. however, despite all these, i still can see so much benefits from bitcoin like its capacity to become an investment and at the same time a currency. other than that, it can also be used in certain transactions and a way to transfer money securely.

Re: What do you think 1 ETH in USD when about 2020 ?
by
Butchick
on 24/05/2018, 12:53:41 UTC
We can never for certain what value the eth will be in two years time rspecially now that the market is so crazy and though there has been a little recovery going one, it seems loke the market is going down again. With the rapid flictuations and dips happening, it is harder now to determine the possibe values of a certain coin. So with that, i guess we jist have to watch and observe and hope that eth will dramatically grow in value.

Re: I have $500 to invest today
by
Butchick
on 23/05/2018, 10:44:47 UTC
i think such amount is okay for investment but if you want to invest in different coins for diversification purposes, i think it is okay to invest it first in two different coins like bitcoin and eth so you will surely have some gains and when you get to double it, reinvest some of the profit. investing in two different coins first rather than investing it in more than two coins makes you gain profit faster and chances of profit growth is higher.
