Offenbar sind seit 2020 die Bitpanda to go Bons nur noch mit verifiziertem Account einlösbar. 
Im Herbst 2019 konnte ich sie noch auf meinem unverifizierten Account nutzen, jetzt steht dort "verify your Account to be able to use vouchers".

So technically you're not interested in what we have to offer in regard to your question been answered, The main aim behind this topic is to promote localethereum. Isn't that right? lol. Topic looks more of an advert to me than a genuine question.
Why`s that? Because I logged out? It was Midnight here, and I went to sleep.
If it was an ad, I wouldn`t ask for other Platforms.

@OP You may try https://Bisq.network as well. It is a truly decentralized exchange.
Thanks, I already installed Bisq, but haven`t traded there yet. The Problem I found is that most offers there are for higher amounts and I read that the fees are expensive there. Also you need to have BTC in order to do your first trade.

My first coins I bought at localethereum.com.
The better offers there have a spread of around 3% to the price at coinmarketcap, plus the 0.75% fee that the platform charges for buyers.
But are there places with better rates and also without kyc?
Also the escrow system on that platform is really nice.
