Hi there, my wallet (version  2.1.2.0 )is stuck synching on block 79369 on Wed Nov 8 18:16:37 ... anyone has same issue?

seem to got an issue ... i see a pending transaction in my wallet for 2 hours or so, is that normal?

i am quite new to this so, can someone take the time to explain to me how different sites can be at different position on a blockchain? my supposition was that they were all mining the same one so, how can they differ?
