MW GRIN Coin Shuffle Protocol
by
CBESH
on 07/02/2021, 11:13:40 UTC
Dear all,

There is now a MW coinshuffle protocol[1] that claims to improve scalability over any other current true privacy preserving protocols by orders of magnitude. Because this protocol does not add any additional computational complexity to the MW Protocol and because it uses non-interactive proofs it will be faster and therefore more scalable than circuit evaluation based methods like Prio[2], we simply have an aggregated transaction that needs to be verified. The aggregation is now based on a 24 hour timeframe that can be brought down to hourly aggregations and possibly even down to the minute based on the amount of transactions. The above are my personal opinions and are not reflected of the original authors. Please join us in trying to break it.

Quoting Dr. Tromp in a similar post:

Mimblewimble allows for a very simple coin shuffling protocol [1] with the following properties:

* Users submit self-spends throughout the day. No interaction needed for shuffling.
* Shuffling is performed at the end of the day by a set of mixnodes that cannot steal any coins.
* Invalid self-spends are automatically filtered out. No need to abort or restart the shuffling.
* As long as at least one mixnode is honest, then no one learns the input output links.
* The size of the shuffle is limited only by blocksize and could easily be over a thousand.
* Each shuffle only grows the chainsize by a small constant (~100 byte per mixnode), thanks to MW cut-through.

Widespread use of the protocol would leave the transaction graph mostly obscured.
We welcome review of the proposal.

Is it possible to add a 16GB or 24GB solver or run duplicate 8gb or 11gb solvers simultaneously for the most recent, higher memory, rx and Nvidia cards?

Seems there is a lot of potential being lost in these higher memory models by only using 11gb, etc. solver?

Thank you for your work.

I had the same question.

@Zminer777

Hi I am running ubuntu 18.04. I have decompressed gminer into its own folder. I have been searching online for hours trying to find a guide for ubuntu. How do I start the miner? How do I optimize it for my graphic card? I have one titan rtx. Are there any instructions online?

Thanks

Thanks Goldmint, I read the article. I am a bit confused about what you plan on doing with the custody bot. Are you going to rent it out? If so how much is the rent? how much money does the store make on any sales? I want a custody bot to put in my store... what can I do? Which countries will be eligible for custody bot? Why would pawnshops use custody bot when they can buy and sell gold items themselves?

I am talking about the infographic that was first posted on this site.

https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi89.fastpic.ru%2Fbig%2F2017%2F0815%2F33%2Fd4d0e31723428243112a6522d93c8a33.png&t=601&c=ZvcqHO4Uk19jFQ

Also you mentioned in the blog that Wedbush securities would be doing the buying and selling of Gold futures contracts.

"An account has been opened with a Wedbush broker for transactions in gold futures at CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange)."
https://blog.goldmint.io/goldmint-achievements-for-the-year-f121edee636

Is wedbush securities still cooperating with Goldmint?

Goldmint I noticed on the website that you have removed all information about buying and selling gold from the US and the CME. I read about a year ago that you were going to be using a broker to buy and sell gold and that you would back your tokens with these products. Have you abandoned these plans to only focus on the custody bot?

I mustve missed this. Why are you sayign the coin is a chinese scam? I hear a lot of accusations but I do not see any proof. I will admit that the POS is not a guaranteed 10% for everyone. It is only 10% if you have a strong enough weight ie if you bought enough coins.
Also privacy coins in general have been crashing but I dont know what that has to do with any particular scam unless all coins are scams.
How about some real evidence buddy.

Fucking noob is tyring to be smart! Take a look at this scheme of deeponion SCAM!  Does this resemble some process to you?

LMAO Thats awesome!

"mad boys" Where do you come up with this stuff?

Would someone be kind enough to explain if there is such thing as a hard fork proof coin?

I mean what if a coin doesnt want to have any forks?  Especially privacy concerns and hacking concerns due to unauthorized forks?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Why are we talking about this scam any more? It was confirmed in this thread over and over that deeponion is a a scam that made a Chinese scammer a millionaire.

What is the technology behind the project? Huh

Behind the project are two things: Blockchain technology and expirienced team. And for success StopTheFakes need large community and investors support.
I think we are all supporting Stop The Fakes project, it's the most useful platform that I've seen here.
I also looked at this project and I feel that it is a very good project. You can invest in it because this project is quite potential with too many ideas and practical value. The market is in a deep downtrend so investing in ICO at this moment is very reasonable.
I learned the information that the token of this project is planned to be brought to the Binance exchange, it is one of the biggest exchanges with its necklace. This should positively affect the price of the token.

Is this coin trading on any exchange right now?

What country is this Coin operating from... Russia?

This project is from Czech Republic (I found this on ICObench). Also everybody can participate in ICO except USA and Belize inhabitants.

Do you or does anyone know why the USA cannot participate? I am a fan of Czech republic?? Also how is that supposed to be enforced?

Thanks!

A lot of people are saying deeponion. I agree but since the source code is closed and the developers are all anonymous. How much can we really veryify about this Deeponion?

That is the scary part.

I agree. BTC is lagging. Long confirmation time, and expensive. Enough said. However, it is the Nike of Crypto currency and has name recognition. It may not be the fast payment system that everybody wants and needs but it is a good store of value... until it comes crashing down with all the other crypto currencies LMAO!!! HODL

AS written in white paper, users will be allowed to buy tokens with fiat and digital currencies. On which exchanges STF will be listed? And how I could buy tokens with my card?

I also read that the United States was not allowed to participate on the website. I think that could be a problem if you bought and then they ever decided enforce that clause.

I think it has something to do with timing. For every hour you get about 4 posts. But if someone who knew could tell me I would give them merit if i had it.
