Any good BTC stocks that trade on the NYSE?
by
CCHarris
on 04/02/2014, 11:30:01 UTC
I was curious if anyone knew of any good stock tips for companies involved in BTC?  I have seen WPCS and AMD on the OTC market, but was interested if anyone had any good tips or information about proven companies, that were doing well with BTC, or venture capitalist investing heavy in bitcoins....

Regards.

Fiat Withdraw limits on BTC-e, Bitstamp, Mt.Gox?

I have a question about the trading markets, which market lets you withdraw the most frequent to your bank account?  Also which trading market allows you to withdraw the most  via bank transfer?

Have been trading for some time now, would like to take some cash out of the market and transfer into my US bank account, just a few questions before I do...

I recommend doing research before joining half the sports betting companies on this forum page.

I'd recommend not gambling on sports at all. Especially with Bitcoins.

Thank you for the advice.. as you advertise a gambling site at this bottom of your post!  Huh Huh

What do you seem to be confused about there?

I'm not confused that was a nice way of me calling you a hypocrite!

Why? Primedice isn't a sports betting site.

Considering the fact that Cartier was one of the first wristwatches for men in the early 1900s, it is not alsways the first brand that comes to mind when looking for a mechanical timepiece.

During the 1970s and 1980s, the Santos models -- preferably in the gold/steel combination -- did very well amongst drug barons in South America and movie stars in Hollywood. Cartier also did well with accessories like pens and glasses. Remember Christopher Walken wearing the gold Cartier glasses in the James Bond flick A View to a Kill?

What most people don't know is that Cartier also has a separate haute horlogerie collection with the most stunning timepieces and mechanical movements. This collection goes by the name of Cartier Collection Privee Paris and falls into the same category of some of the other well-known high-end watch manufacturers.

Cartier's regular lineup of watches still includes a few Santos models, but these are lacking an in-house movement. With the Calibre de Cartier series, Cartier takes aim at those men who care about aesthetics as well as mechanical movements.

Introduced in 2010, this is the first watch caliber in the company's history, designed specifically for the men's "sports" market, and it's the first that's equipped with an automatic mechanical movement crafted entirely in house at its La Chaux-de-Fonds workshop in Switzerland.

In this way, Cartier has closed the gap between itself and other big-name watch manufacturers by selling watches with in-house movements in a competitive price range.

Wearing a Calibre de Cartier watch will give you absolute credit amongst watch enthusiasts. For a long time, Cartier timepieces for men were only about design, with the exception of the Cartier Collection Privee Paris timepieces.

The 42mm Calibre de Cartier, with its caliber 1904-PS MC movement, does not stand out of the crowd, but is very classy and sophisticated that makes you stand out in the crowd, and certainly is a looking good watch. The design elements are typically Cartier: big Roman numerals on the upper half of the dial and stick markers on the lower half. The large date aperture is often debated on online watch discussion boards

The large diameter, fat lugs and big crown guard are elements that can be found on a number of other brands as well, but the synthetic spinel cabochon on the crown definitely identifies this watch as a Cartier.

Is there something we don't like about this watch? Nothing it is amazing!

All in all, we think the Calibre de Cartier is the most interesting timepiece from Cartier's current regular collection of watches.

The in-house movement introduced with the Calibre de Cartier in 2010 has proved itself, It is a pretty straightforward movement, with a full-size rotor finished with Côtes de Genève. The bridge is finished with the same decoration as the rotor, and the main plate has been circular-grained.
Cartier remains a high-end luxury brand that puts a lot of effort in designing products in such a manner that they will continue to be stylish for years to come.

Lethn,

Please don't be like the rest of the people on this forum, that would rather be a smartass than say something of use, or share some information!  The title is not misleading or trying to attract people to look at the post.  The events really happened the CEO of Instantbit.com was indicted on charges of money laundering, which is a company the Winklevoss twins have heavy supported and backed financially...

Cameron And Tyler Winklevoss Release Statement On Arrest Of BitInstant CEO
by

on 29/01/2014, 05:12:53 UTC
Does anyone think Winklevoss twins had anything to do with or knowledge leading to the arrest of BitInstant.com CEO?
The Winklevoss twins were major backers in the company that was charged in charged with several cases of money laundering... So what does everyone think?  Is bitcoin going to be always be associated with illegal activity, or will it ever shine through in a positive light?

Re: Looking for a 7 BTC loan - 6 month term - 9% Interest
by
CCHarris
on 26/01/2014, 04:30:37 UTC
Arcas,

Obviously I could sell the gold, or sell the car, or anything that I have listed for collateral! Also I am not trying to pay 18% just 9% like my ad says, which would make the loan on par with any small personal loan from a bank. Just with slightly better terms. Getting the money is not really the issue, the issue is something deeper and more of a problem with the community's mentality.
One of the biggest reasons I am requesting the loan from the community, is because I have spent hours and hours reading posts about people asking for sometimes reasonable loans, and in my opinion not a single loan has been funded on this forum. Why even have the lending forum if people are not going to take it seriously? Not sure if people don't have the money to lend or get their rocks off trying to disrespect other members of this community, or Just love to trash talk... I just wanted to see for myself if this would happen, as you can see I have more than enough mentioned collateral to secure this loan x 10, and gave all the terms and conditions of the payback in the title. Very simple terms.

To be honest, I don't think most of the people that talk trash on this forum, even have the coin to fund a loan bigger than a few coins, I guess time will tell.

Looking for a 7 BTC loan - 6 month term - 9% Interest
by
CCHarris
on 24/01/2014, 18:22:55 UTC
Hello,

I am wanting to start a BTC website, very similar to bitpremier.com.  I want a place where people can buy luxury items with BTC, art, timepieces, vacation rentals and other luxury items. I would like to try to secure a loan of BTC, to start the website. I will pay back the principle with 9% Interest over 6 months.  PM if anyone is interested.

Have lots of collateral:

Gold Bullion (13 Troy Oz.)
Omega Planet Ocean Timepiece
Cartier Calibre Timepiece
2009 Corvette
2010 Malibu Wakeboard Boat.

Thanks for your time, and hope we come to an agreement and make a deal!

Regards,

CH
