I use 2 gmail accounts on the same browser and I keep checking them intermittently even when I am claiming from this faucet. One gmail ID is linked to the faucet account and the other is not. Maybe that's what's causing the problem?

Ok. So I'm not the only one facing this issue.

@Admin, I'd appreciate if you could take a look at this and provide a reason for suddenly banning people.

Personally, I would like to collect satoshis from this faucet for the simple reason that I do not have deal with annoying pop-ups and silly advertisements. But if you have a valid reason for not letting me use the faucet, please do let me know.

My username is Chinmay.

I have used this faucet for almost a month now. I was able to get my first 50k payment. And I enjoyed this faucet because it is pretty much ad-free. I was hoping to spend more time here.

I use my desktop and my mobile phone to log onto this site and collect the satoshis. PLEASE NOTE that though the devices are two, I am collecting the satoshis in one single account.

Today all of a sudden, I am getting a message that I am banned. Could you please explain the reason behind this? I have not done anything wrong. So I would appreciate if the issue can be resolved asap. As of now, there are about 9400 satoshis that I have collected so far.
