At this moment, to have a decent chance of your tx ending up in one of the next couple of blocks, a fee of 9768 is advised, your transaction has a fee of 501 satoshi's.
Will it eventually confirm? Probably... But you'll have to keep rebroadcasting the raw, signed transaction and hope the original sender doesn't doublespend the input of this transaction in a new transaction with a much higher fee...
What can you do yourself? Well, you can either pay a big mining pool to include your transaction, or perform a CPFP... Im waiting to receive this transaction but it has no confirmed for almost 3 days now. Can anyone tell me why? Im guessing the fee is too low? Will it ever confirm?

The problem is..
If Bitcoin goes down so will Howdoo and every other altcoin.
It will be a while before coins are separated from bitcoin.
Howdoo could have the best platform ever and still dump (if bitcoin is)

The detail is available - maybe you are not looking hard enough. You can always DM Doug to get the info you need. No secrets with the project.
I looked but could not find; i found my own way to the TravelBlock telegram and asked the question. And admin did not know the answer. So she asked the team. I ask a few time more; no reply from the team and advice me to ask in the Telegram again. Also got no clear answer there! So i try here; and getting answers like: Not looking hard enough?

Explain something about myself before anyone else jumps to an conclusion:
I think Travel has a big potential with blockchain; that is why i put much effort & time into research different Travel blockchain project. Is also use different methodes like a part of Balina's fact figures like marketcap, soft cap and hard cap and also which % of the token go where.
At this time i already invested in different Travel blockchains and now looking into if i need to put also some money on Travelblock. I have much patience; i can read my stuff but not getting my answers and comments like your doesn't make my journey easier:(
I'm looking a a few facts already softcap of 4.5million is honest; but the hardcap of $ 32.1million is a little bit much (just refering to Balina methode: https://youtu.be/ouO-1iLPKiE?t=7m31s and ofcourse if you compare them to other Travel blockchains)!

So is this going to rival Steemit? They've got a decent amount of users, like 20k daily or something, but thats not really a big number overall..

Steemit is awful. Terrible look and feel. It won't take much to beat that.

for those of you who dont know, HOWDOO will be listing n ExRates exchange, this did confirm that a few weeks ago in their telegram. not an exchange i heard of.

No, Exrates has not been confirmed yet by Howdoo team. There had been talks about Exrates, but the team is now trying to list the tokens in a bigger exchange. If they manage to list Howdoo in a bigger exchange, I don't think Howdoo will be listed in Exrates.
