How much/at what rate BTC can you cash out at today's exchange volumes?

There are plenty of good charts to look at for pricing, but less so on the exchange volume front.

How quickly can one cash out a big chunk of BTC -> USD at today's exchange volumes? Obviously it's great if you got in early and are sitting on 100,000 BTC, but you aren't going to wire yourself $90m tomorrow, I assume.

I'm also disapointed. Wanted to ask about okpay and bitcoincharts recent troubles. Since I'm a little worried, I posted here at newbie's section in the meanwhile but here no one seems to pay attention because this section is just full of "noobs".

You only need to use the site for 4 hours to become a Jr. Member.  Then you can move your thread out of the Newbie forum into a more appropriate forum if you like.  If you don't have enough patience to spend 4 hours learning a bit about the forum, then I have no sympathy for you.
Thanks, makes sense, wasn't totally clear from the newbie README. Probably helps stop people from creating new accounts every hour to post in the begging threads.

Many of the fly-by-night currencies have no confidence (if you can call it such a thing).

Be wary.
