Should depend solely on Bitcoin?
by
CamilaStar
on 24/07/2025, 11:09:22 UTC
A friend of mine just got into Bitcoin, lucky for him, his successful. Before he started Bitcoin, he was actually into a good business of selling artwork which wasn't so bad. So he got introduced to Bitcoin and had a quick success. It's actually a good and exciting thing to see someone progress fast like that, but he quit selling artworks and other little businesses that kept him going he stopped, he now depends fully on Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the king no doubt, but From my Point of view I think that depending fully on it might be risky to you financially. I don't recommend anyone to depend solely on Bitcoin or any single asset. Bitcoin can fluctuate rapidly and market volatility might impact your financial stability. It is actually very risky to invest in a single asset. The part that scares me the most is that my friend has put all his resources into this one asset. If am wrong please correct me. Thanks

Women have thought me a great lesson in life, I stay far away from them. One thing you need to know about a woman is that, they don't know what they want but they want it right now. That's what describes them. That's crazy

21 million BTC, is it enough?
by
CamilaStar
on 16/07/2025, 09:29:34 UTC
Yes I think it's enough
Because each Bitcoin can be divided into 100,000,000 units Satoshis sats. 1BTC= 100,000,000 sats, so this means that there are effectively 2.1 quadrillion Satoshis in total
So even if Bitcoin gets to a very skyhigh price, there will be no need to hold a whole Bitcoin to your self. We can just make transactions and save in tiny fractions. so that's it, if Bitcoin had an unlimited supply like regular Money, it would lose purchasing power and value over time

Can Bitcoin kill other crypto?
by
CamilaStar

I believe that many altcoins will die off due to week fundamentals, all the weak projects, meme coins and speculative tokens will vanish over time. Bitcoin is more entrenched than any other crypto that's why I believe that it's strength will make sure any crypto that actually survives, must justify its existence

What's makes you a good Bitcoiner?
by
CamilaStar
on 12/07/2025, 13:03:12 UTC
Hello guys
Many people think that they have gotten it all just because they hold some amount of Bitcoin, they think it's a get rich quick scheme. Being a good Bitcoiner is beyond just holding Bitcoin. You need to value savings over spending, be patient with investments. And you need to live by the principle of earning value by contributing to the ecosystem. You can connect with other Bitcoiners and support Meetups and make real relationships but by the same time think for your self, your not swayed by influencers but by truth and data.

Bitcoin is a good way of promoting your business.there are no delay during payments, onlike are local banks that go on Holidays, Bitcoin doesn't go on holidays. The are  available 24/7. Let's all make good use of Bitcoin in our business. Bitcoin transactions can cost just fractions of a cent and it's really good for international payments.

I have been thinking about this recently, what Will happen if Bitcoin network gets too big. As the network grows, will Bitcoin be capable of handling more transactions effectively? Or will it face some issues with fees and speed what about centralization, will there be any issues. I know there are some solutions like the lightening network which were designed to solve issues like this, but is this enough for mainstream adoption?

Bitcoin during bad Governance??
by
CamilaStar
on 09/07/2025, 09:37:24 UTC
Bitcoin can play a very positive and useful role during bad governance in any country. In some countries like Venezuela were hyperinflation has destroyed the value of their local currency, they all turned to Bitcoin to preserve their wealth. At this point the people depend on Bitcoin as a means which they can store and transfer value without looking back at their banks or their government institutions. Now they take full control of their value, they don't need to worry about banks and government institutions monitoring and setting limits on how much money can be taken out of the country.
Another thing I would like to point out is that in some countries there are very poor infrastructures and security knowledge to handle Bitcoin, as we all know that Bitcoin requires good Internet and some digital literacy, some countries lack this and it's due to bad government. So am trying to say that good government can play a vital role in Bitcoin adoption. Let's continue to say no to bad government for a better future in Bitcoin.

Is Bitcoin just for the rich?
by
CamilaStar
on 08/07/2025, 07:29:43 UTC
⭐ Merited by EFS (1)
Someone said that Bitcoin is for the rich, but that's not completely true. It might feel like Bitcoin is for the rich due to the media focuses on celebrities and billionaires buying and benefiting from Bitcoin. This creates a perception that Bitcoin is a rich person's asset. Even during network congestion, fees can spike making small transactions very expensive. But let's not forget that Bitcoin is neutral, it can empower the rich or help lift the poor, it actually depends on how communities adopt it. So understand that Bitcoin is for everyone, you can buy tiny fractions, not until you afford a whole Bitcoin.

Re: TANGEM WALLET: An Innovative Seedles Cold Wallet Setup
by

Michael Batuev, VP of Global Products at Tangem on 2025 Paris Blockchain WEEK:

Key notes: TangemPay will be launched this year, relevant app will allow users to manage multiple wallets, swaps, buying crypto with fiat, converting crypto to fiat, and more. Visa involved  transactions are authorized via a smart contract that ties to the cardholder’s data.

I can't remember if we already stated that Tangem Pay has nothing to do with Tangem wallet. Completely different products, infrastructure, business line, target customer, and customer needs.
Only similarity: made by Tangem.

Your actually right.
Tangem pay and tangem wallet are very separate products with their different purposes and audience This tangem wallet is actually a secure self custody solution for holding crypto, while the Tangem pay is mainly on fast, everyday payment.
