I think no one can control the market, and also no one can ascertain where the market will move, there are only predictions of people who have a high understanding of crypto.

now in my opinion it is not the right time to invest in ico, because as we all know that many ico are scam and also the price when entering the market will be cheap far from expectations.

I agree with you, there may be many people who move their altcoins to bitcoin so that the price of bitcoin has increased, but I think bitcoin will drop again in the near future, and then bitcoin will rise again in June or July.

yes, I agree, if you want to make bitcoin the main currency, that is by government permission and wise rules for bitcoin from the government. because with government support and wise regulations people will be interested in bitcoin.

yes, I agree, indeed there are currently a few coins that have left the bear market, and I think bitcoin will leave the bear market later, but I don't think that in 2019 this might have to wait for the next 1-2 years.

I don't think anyone will beat Bitcoin, because the price of bitcoin is far from the others, so it will be difficult for new coins to replace it,
ETH is a very popular coin, and many ico use ETH as their platform, so I think it's also difficult to compete with it.

In my opinion this is a good time if you want to invest, because the coins have started to stabilize and maybe the bullrun market will be coming soon, I personally choose coins that have proven quality, namely coins in the top 10 CMC.

I think bitcoin doesn't follow its path in 2017, and I'm not sure whether bitcoin will be high in December, and bitcoin still needs more time for it, my estimate is that bitcoin will rise in 2020 or 2021.
