what do you think about the trading bots? because they can do it automatically.. please advise me what's better: trade w bots or trade manually?

There are a lot of scam .. but you should attract your attention to team, information on website, whitepaper and also you can find rating on many resources like ICOdrops, coinschedule, ICObazaar and calculate the average rating of the project.

Well, at first I think it's pretty important to understand how blockchain and bitcoin works in general. From the very beginning. Try reading a book by Adam Tapper (I might misspell the name) about it. It's pretty good.
Also, always research as much as you can. There are so many open sources. This forum, reddit, telegram channels
Also online magazines like the coinjournal, cointelegraph
Youtube as well has a lot of info (of course, haha). I am a big fan of cointelegraph youtube channel. These guys really know what they're talking about, post almost every day and majority of their videos are also very funny and creative.

I think it's ok to have a big age difference. i mean you never know who you might meet and maybe your perfect match is 10 years younger??
many times age doesn't mean maturity. you really gotta get to know the person

I actually learned about it on cointelegraph youtube channel. they have a very cool section of videos 'altcoins of the week' so once it was published about dogecoin. Check it out! There are more videos about more coins too
