Re: Elon Musk makes offer to buy Twitter
by
CaptainCrapper
on 29/04/2022, 05:46:34 UTC
Like two days ago, Elon Musk in an interview says Twitter ads be better to be paid in bitcoin. Elon Musk has 82.4 million shares of Twitter which is 10.3% of Twitter. Recently he wants more of Twitter and wants to buy Twitter.

Tesla boss Elon Musk has offered to buy Twitter, saying he is the right person to "unlock" the social media platform's "extraordinary potential".

In a surprise announcement, Mr Musk said he would pay $54.20 a share for Twitter, valuing it at about $40bn. It recently emerged that Mr Musk was Twitter's biggest shareholder after he built up a large stake in the firm. He said that if his offer was not accepted: "I would need to reconsider my position as a shareholder".

We all know how deceitful Elon Musk can be, all he cares about is doge coin, not bitcoin, even doge coin rose when he bought shares on Twitter, he is only looking for ways to make doge popular and this can be effective if he owns Twitter. I believe he will fail because Twitter is never like Facebook and will never be like Facebook. His aim will only be towards making doge the dominant coin Twitter will be accepting just as he did with Tesla after his bitcoin criticism which he was wrong about but just wanted to fool people.
He is now the owner of Twitter now he wants to buy another something he will now tweet and investors will invest more and more.

That's too say Panama officially becomes a legal tender after El Salvador, Central African Republic both.
Great move as we await world wide Bitcoin adoption. What I don't like is using Crypto for Bitcoin which I know very well are not same.
Anyways congratulations to Panama, Citizens can now download the App and make transfer of transactions.
It's very good news for all mining county and BTC holders I think it's a positive side for all of us.

Re: The first rule of investing is saving
by
CaptainCrapper
on 29/04/2022, 05:42:27 UTC
It is fairly obvious, but there are people out there that have written 200 pages self-help books and made a fortune out of them by simply stating this simple fact of life: "you can invest your savings. If you ain´t got any, you ain´t gonna invest". (I admit you could argue that you can borrow but still nobody ain´t lending ya if you ain´t gonna givvet baksh).

The basic concepts that will save you a 15 bucks book:

- you invest so that your money works for you. Even if you cannot drop your job, you can still live a bit better with extra income.
- Investing is sacrificing something today to get something tomorrow. This is just a definition. You save x today because you want 2x tomorrow or in year or whenever.
- The first step to invest is saving part of your income. No savings, no future.
- If you have credits unpaid (other than mortgages or other asset backed credits), you pay those first because they charge you a lot.

And from here we could start speaking on how are you going to save regularly, if it is going to be 10% of your income, or 5% or 50%, how are you going to learn about investing, etc...

Yes always need to invest larger money where can we get no tension on my hidden this money need which is unused cause money any time can destroy so we need big unused money.

Re: One nation one currency...

It can't be possible for the world to become one nation, the world is too big for everyone to be doing things in common. I think the world is never meant to be one, the way which the world is right now with different nations is the reason why the world is developing through the differences in currency,  economy, and resources.
yes, it's possible by only decentralizing the system otherwise it's not possible cause only Bitcoin or ETH or another nice coin can make it.

Re: AUSTRALIA Approves first BITCOIN SPOT ETF.

The Bitcoin ETF experience in Australia will be the first of its kind in the country so it is expected that it will be a new and exciting experience and perhaps will encourage more countries to do the same. Australia is not a big player in the international money market or crypto but it is definitely an important step for Bitcoin to be There is a legally approved platform for this type of trading that may attract more investors to Australia and this will definitely help in the recovery of the Australian economy due to the influx of new capital into the country.
It's a piece of very good news for all investor who is related to this section.I t am waiting for some upcoming good news.

It's a huge figure, If WhatsApp went for over $19 billion, then,Twitter should go beyond the $100 billion mark. Anything below 100 billions USD is a bad sell out! He can reconsider his shares if he likes or go build his own Twitter if he so much wants a free public speech. I think that Jack won't give him that power he's looking for in other tech space. Jack has done wonderfully well with Twitter though.
yes after the offer elon Dogecoin is pumping hard so I think if he can buy the Twiter then he will give some own news of what is he will done buy pump and dump.

Re: Mistake I made till now investing on crypto projects.
by
CaptainCrapper
on 26/04/2022, 16:40:50 UTC
My career in the crypto sector is not very long. I do have some experience with forex markets but when I came to the crypto market everything was different except price action charts. Very soon I realized that investing in crypto and making financial gain requires extensive knowledge about the crypto space and the ability to post mortem a crypto project to know every detail about it.

The experience could be different from person to person but I am going to mention some mistakes that I made while investing in crypto which influence the final result of my investment. I will not mention the names of those projects for not to demerit them because I am responsible for many of those mistakes.

  • Product was not ready: That project looks promising but their product was still in development mode. I made a huge sum of investment but the price of the token keeps falling because no utility exists by then. Lose 90% of my portfolio.

  • Lesson: Do not invest in a token that doesn't have any utility or whose product is not ready.

  • Product was ready but token doesn't have utility: Another project where I am still 50% down. This project is already live and they have a big community but right now their token doesn't have any proper utility so investors keep selling their unlocked token.

  • Lesson: Wait for the team to implement any proper utility so that market has demand for that token.

  • Fake exchange listing promises: This project was introduced by one of my friends who was also got scammed by seeing their exchange listing documents. They use fake documents to attract investors.

  • Lesson: Do not fall for any project who shows their exchange listing agreements because this data is not disclosed in public. Genuine projects don't do that.

  • Over expected price: In another project my expected price was too high. Maybe I was eager to recover my previous loss so I misjudge the price.

  • Lesson: Do not think your project will be another Shiba Inu. Always think about a reasonable price.

  • Didn't booked profit: Everything was perfect and well-timed. I was 60% up but I become greedy by seeing other people's comments. So I didn't booked profit and that token price dipped 1000% from my entry.

  • Lesson: Always book profit no matter how strong the project is. Once your initial investment is out then play with your profits.

  • Influenced by funds: Project shows great promises and my judgment about the expected price was reasonable. Price did go above my expected level but I was already out with a very small profit. I was afraid by seeing some community members saying negative feedback about the project.

  • Lesson: Do not be influenced by some random community member. Sometimes they create fud to accumulate more tokens from panic sellers.

  • Didn't care about team members: Invested in a project without properly checking details about team members. Later found out that all the admin id belonging to the owner and team members are fake.

  • Lesson: A strong team is very important for a project's success. Check for the overall experience of the team members of a project.

  • Too much trust in team members: Another project which I still think is a unique idea but failed to execute its plan. Most of their development dateline was delayed so the price did fluctuate.

  • Lesson: We should trust the team behind the project but better be ready for the worst.

  • Small community: Sometimes a project idea could be great but without community support, it's a failure.

These are some list of mistakes that I made till now and it seems I made every kind of mistake an investor possibly can. But I think every great success has a long list of failures. So I hope some new members will find some points useful and a real-time experience is always the best place for knowledge.

The purpose of the post is to share experience only so there could be exceptions in the same circumstance for another project.

Very informative post a newcomer getting some new messages from your post.just want to say before investing we should make justify.

Re: online skills in the face of war
by
CaptainCrapper
on 25/04/2022, 15:59:45 UTC
I was thinking within me and my thoughts was if  everyone needs to get a digital skill in-spite of their profession or discipline. looking at it from the angle of declining economies where political, societal, ethnic, cultural, religious, territorial and economic war is hitting the apex as well as currency devaluation. Following this high level of declining economy is it best to get a digital skill either as a full time business or a complementary pay check.

Salaries and wages this days aren't sufficient any longer to handle daily bills, most salary earners still live below their salaries which keeps them in perpetual debt. Now in this era the best place to meet a vast crowd of clients is on an online platform and this way more services can be rendered within lesser time with more patronage. So i began my thoughts is digital skill the alternative

If we try to analyze this critically we might say this insufficiency in pay checks is one of the factors that is triggering greed, selfish and money conscious services around organizations. I was thinking If many get an side paying job with digital skill that can help handle bills it might be a gateway to reducing the self centered services we receive

Are you thinking what i am thinking or you have a different view

I agree with you on the same statement so I think digital knowledge helps us to take a decision at any time at any moment.
