Well.. Wages too small, high unemployment. In every country around the world that is problem. Maybe not in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, USA... But  maybe? I have gun (T.T. m70, 9mm PARA - Made in factory - Crvena zastava/Yugoslavia) That gun I use on my job. - becouse I'm working in security sector. But I never use them. And... I hope I will never must fire from that gun.

Well it all depends on your electricity bill. ASIC miner would be better, it would definately mine more Bitcoins, but it would spend more electricity. GPU would demand lower amount, but it also depends how much GPUs you have. So at the end I would recommend ASIC miner, because you have 3000$ and for that money you can buy some decent antminer.
