Cash n Hitz will accept visits from some Manual traffic exchanges. I think we banned traffic G because of their PTP feature it was being abused to send poor quality visits to our PTP, therefore traffic G was banned. But if you use your credits properly on any website not listed on our banned list you should be fine.
Minimum time isnt a good question to ask. Send visits for as long as you can if a visit is short you will get full credit for it but your traffic score may be affected. (If this falls below 70/100 you will be blocked from using our PTP.
