You are new and making currency exchange thread in service announcement section move it to currency exchange section. And also you should use escrow in between as you are dealing with reversible processor like neteller and paypal for bitcoin without any price margin in between, so may be you will not get much offers. You must use escrow as you are new.

Neteller is not reversible like Paypal and we are sending to verified PP & NT Accounts because we are worried about our business Credit and reputation more than others.
