This means, that we are a Class, and they have failed to prove otherwise.

Luckily I understand a fair bit about court rooms, and Forensic Leading proceedings. Mr. Zipkin had his chance with me, now I have been lied to both by a corporation, and Mr. Zipkin Himself...Sad world we live in.

The Judge Actually is saying that we are a CLASS and that the amount is well within the amount stated previously. It is beyond prudence to say it is a CLASS now. Read the article from the 12th of December on Google.

The Judge deemed our case as a CLASS ACTION. WE are still standing, and Josh Zipkin need's to answer for what he has done now. Josh, I've been nothing but cordial with you, and you need to respect me for who I am. Refund us the damn money already....

I don't care about a FULL REFUND, I want my money back for the equipment price.

I will currently own two miners(when the DHL package arrives), that are only worth 2400$. This is unacceptable. That being said, I will accept the difference in a refund.

This method of delivery[6 months] is unsatisfactory.

Not only is this an incomplete order, but a fraudulent delivery. I paid 12K back in DEC, for two intact machines, that are now worth 1100-1300$. I will be refunded the remaining amount of [2500-12000]= $9500.... We can settle this easily.

Now over the course of the last 6 months, I have labored to try to meet my ROI, giving you every benefit of the doubt. I would have made over 25,000$ by now. Thank you for completely fucking me over.

if you in fact sent me my miners without power supplies, we are going to have some serious issues.

This is not only; NOT what I ordered...but vastly depreciated in value.

Status on my miners? I sent out several emails, and awaited a response to both JOSH and Sales department of your company.

Will you be issuing refunds if you settle with IMET? Or will this be a necessity to be brought to a CIVIL item?

At this point, we[you and us] are at a loss. However, settling this without a suite would be much more appropriate for this matter.

I would like my refund, and then I may reinvest seeing as how you guys are producing quite a bit more than you were earlier this year.

Yourpaltoots, Any updates on your miner? How is it running? Anyone have videos/picture of these new miners off the shelf?

Advanced Mining Technology. I am formally requesting my 12K refund for the purchase of my miners 12/31/2013. I have tried mining with your machines, they didn't work correctly...I RMA'ed them back to you. Since You have not sent me back my items, I would like a REFUND in full of my PURCHASE.

I have no hard feelings or negativity involved, just looking for my money back.

I fall into a different boat than other AMT clientele, I received my miners; but they did not work.

There is so much MISINFORMATION.......I really have no other choices available to me AMT. Legitimately, you are not being forward with us, 25 units a day is NOT good enough measure. Considering the amount of income, time spent in labor, you should be producing much more than this.
