I LOLed so hard when I saw the defaced site. He pretty much signed it, which means he can be charged with defacing a website. You can tell he is a child because instead of admitting he messed up, and trying to make it right and leaving with some dignity. He through a temper tantrum, like a 2 year old and in the process created multiple counts of felony fraud, and federal felony of the digital security regulations.
He really screwed him self. If I was Cassie I would report this and send him to federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison. Maybe that will teach him not to be so childish.

You have a responsibility to allow us to revoke our shares for a full refund, or at least transference of the invested BTC back to Cassie.
Since you did not disclose that these were YOUR allotted shares that we were buying, every one of your early round investors were lied to. We bought shares of "Bitbay" not "coding enhancements by justin" and as such, you need to allow people that request a way to exit without loss.
Consideration on this is very important moving forward if you intend to maintain developing in this community. You basically absconded with investor's funds and forced us into your business model. That is theft, and should anyone decide to take you to court, you would be found guilty.
I would suggest you allow each member on the OP assets list choose what they want to do. Otherwise, you have a very big problem looming overhead.
Also, what is this about you are 17... you do realize if you are not a legal adult... you cannot sign anything legally binding without your guardian also signing, unless you are emancipated. If this is true, your parents are now responsible for all the funds you collected and spent, and they can be liable for reimbursement.

If you believe the site belongs to cassie then ask her for the refund. If you will excuse me I am working on BitAuctions. I will still release as planned. All share holders on the list are locked in.
Wow this guy is a piece of work, you steal the money and use it to pay your personal bills, as referred to by the Skype logs, and then you wash your hands of it and try to pass the responsibility onto Cassie? Mods doesn't this buy deserve a perma ban for ripping off half the forum? FYI if anyone wants to sue the crap out of this guy, I think Cassie has his personal info from the LLC application he tried to submit.
P.S. Genius DaemonFox is one of your investors as refereed to by you on the first post of this, I took a nice screen shot of it and time dated it in case you try to pull any scummy moves like trying to remove it.

If the project owner has given full access to cash to a coder then that is a big mistake.... negligent even but quite possibly an honest error, however, the signs look ominous for the investors with regards to getting their funds back as long as someone other than the project owner is in charge.

Two things...
1. It is unacceptable to delay important documentation... BitBay may be lost to you because of this and there is almost nothing you can do about it unless you can show some form of document being post dated prior to the other parties applications being sent in.
2. It is ENTIRLY unacceptable to give the PROGRAMMER access and charge of the ENTIRE cash base for a startup. If you wanted to keep your idea and be in charge... you have the responsibility of reigning in the participants by overseeing funding and payments. Allotting shares to a participant also REQUIRES a NDA stating they are unable to solicit money for said shares until a certain milestone is reached.

From the sounds of this was suppose to be more of a partnership, then an employer, employee relationship. When your a 50/50 partner with someone it is hard to tell them "Well your my partner and have the same rights as me, but i am not giving to access to anything". Her mistake was trusting the wrong person to quick, and trying to gather capital before any real project was put in place.
I am kinda new to this and wanted to try and invest, but from what I have seen, this site will end bad. I heard that this Justin guy is 17? How does a minor sign LLC papers? or be able to sell anything. All transactions made by a minor are null and void or the responsibility of the minor's guardians?

What I need from the community:
- The Biggest thing I Need is IDEAS!!!!!!, I am a noob and barley a couple of block erupters so I have no idea beyond what I want
what features will be useful. Please post them here and Ill try to review them and update the list so I have a running list of features to work on. - When the time is right, people that are willing to be pre-alpha, alpha and beta testers. I gotta figure out how to pick the people.

- On of the major things I need are block erupters :/ Because I am new I have no bitcoins to buy ANYTHING!!! and it takes a week for me to get some money converted. Any donations of bitcoins even if its a few dollars here and there will help A LOT. You ask why do you need these! mainly because I am trying to create a web interface that allows you to control ALL your workers from one location. I have 2 block erupters, so i barley have 1 worker. But I need to set up a few to do testing with and hell its just fun mining and its been a pain getting up and going :\
