The borders that do not exist on the internet if they exist in reality. Among other physical borders are the legal ones. People do scams because there are countries that allow it or that, when a country abroad claims to be able to judge someone, they are covered up.
So, It is easy and have no problems to do scamming in some countries and, of course, earn a lot of money.

From experience I recommend that you do the hiring through a third party like UpWork or SeoClerk, it is tremendous the number of scams that there are.
And if you pay them directly with cryptocoins forget to recover it in case of fraud

Por el tipo de pregunta que haces veo que tienes serios problemas para entender Blockchain, Solidity y demás tecnologías detrás de una ICO.
No es que me importe, pero si tu ICO va enfocada a un proyecto basado en Blockchain puede que tengas problemas a la hora del desarrollo del WhitePeper y la idea de cara al lado más técnico.

En cualquier caso y para ayudarte un poco te recomiendo que mires este framework donde puedes encontrar estándares de SmartContract y ERC20 para tus tokens. Bajo ningún concepto te recomiendo que no uses un token no estándar ya que vas a tener muchos problemas de compatibilidad.

In our experience another important point to a successfull ICO is to start this with enought money for makerting.
When you try to announce the ICO you will find this:
- The ICO listing sites the majority will charge you for adding you to their site.
- The influencers will charge you more than the ICO listing sites.
- Google Ads wil charge you too.
- ...

If you want if you want to have a satisfactory ico starts with around $10.000 (as minimum) only for marketing.

At this moment, we are working in the Pre-ICO. In the future there will be an ICO but not a Bounty.
