Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 12/12/2018, 02:53:27 UTC
Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

Cryptocurrency is very risky investment if you are not brave enough and looking for safe investment then you should sell all of your cryptocurrency to invest in real estate but I suggest you to atleast own enough amount of cryptocurrency. Actually bitcoin is not for investment but it's a tool to change the world economy system where bankers are take control of most our life. If bankers can't control our life then we will become wealthy automatically. I don't want to explain it in complete because it will be very long.

Re: Crypto replacing fiat?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 12/12/2018, 02:24:27 UTC
Lets say crypto completely and utterly replaced fiat. Fiats don't exist anymore. All governments have seen the advantage of using digital currency and have completely changed their fiat into crypto, like dollar to dollar token(obviously not tether). How viable is this? For example anyone can see how much I am holding using the public ledger and track me down and force me into sending them the cryptos I hold. I wanna discuss in reality if cryptos actually replace fiat how life will be and what are the problems we are gonna face and the immediate effects of it.
World will become more transparent, before I talk about our life, I will start with government first. Many corrupt government member that will be afraid to do corruption because the transaction will be easily tracked, then there is no more bank which hold very huge of money to lend. This situation will make our economy become better because the cycle of money will be faster. Yes there will be very big leakages in money cycle but atleast less people will suffer because of pay debt interest in bank. And about our life, we will find any of our transaction is easy, fast and practical. No one can force you to send your cryptocurrency, there is law enforcement that will safe you. If you meant is government who want you to pay taxes then it will not gonna happen because the corruption activity will be less happen and country's money will be safe and people will know how many cryptocurrency that the country has, so government can't force rhe citizens to pay taxes if the country still has a lot of money.

If there was an alternative currency (paper money) unregulated by the Government would you use it?
Of course no, who will print it??? Who will make sure that there is no counterfeit of it. Bitcoin maximum amount is limited and people know  amd sure about it because this is publicly viewable. Why paper money?? It can easily counterfeited, burned, ripped, and bring many germ. Why I would choose conventional than the modern one??

Re: Bitcoin soon anniversary-10 years.

Given the growth of the bitcoin exchange rate over the years, those who bought the crypt on the cheap, have found a fabulous wealth. But as the popularity of crypto assets grows, there are more opportunities to buy real assets for digital money. Some people are even willing to accept cryptocurrency as payment for an asset class that is historically considered the most reliable investment — real estate.Several British entrepreneurs have allocated 50 luxury apartments for sale just for bitcoins this February, and surprisingly, they were all sold — one of the investors bought as many as 10 apartments!Bitcoin is also used by some to buy a large number of tickets from major events to good old-fashioned air travel. An American jewelry store, has started to accept payments in Bitcoin.Their offers go further than conventional jewelry, as customers can buy gold bars and diamonds. Many argue that it is actually difficult to use cryptocurrencies for everyday payments, such as shopping in stores or other household expenses.Expects, that the cryptocurrency market will grow exponentially in the near future. What do You think? Will it affect our daily lives in the near future
Of course it will affect oir daily lives in the future. For example government create a regulations which limit the maximum number of money that we can bring on the plane, when merchant around the world accept bitcoin then this will give us freedom to spend our money everywhere and this also give positive impact to the country that we visited. Almost 10 years bitcoin was give us many benefits in term of transactions and profit.

Not many people around who understand  about bitcoin, so I just read articles and look at the trend. I have benn here since long time ago and I have learned many thing about the market. Bitcoin it self is very depends on the sentiments. When market look at bitcoin in the positive way then then price will rise because the hype will influence peiple to make decisions about buy bitcoin. Re: Is Bitcoin for the people or for the corporations?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 10/12/2018, 06:28:40 UTC
When Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies first came out, everyone were saying that it was for the people to get their financial freedom. Now, it seems like it's being taken over by big financial institutions. Should we be worried?
We don't need to be worried, anyone can buy bitcoin. We can mine it. Those financial institutions doesn't take the full control of bitcoin and cryptocurrency but they only have control to the coin that they own. Even if government trying to buy all bitcoin that circulating, it will only increase the price of it and  become a great opportunity to gain profit.

by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 10/12/2018, 03:46:58 UTC
You can title that thread will Apple goes to zero
Nor Apple or bitcoin will goes to zero
In a case of bitcoin it is still best performing asset in the world
But i am much more optimistic in a case to bitcoin than Apple
Actually people are who pretend bitcoin as an asset, originally bitcoin was created to become a medium of exchange not as asset. Sathosi nakamoto named it with "bitcoin" not "bitasset", even if only see at it's name then we will know for what purpose bitcoin was created. Bitcoin is the future of money, people in the past do barter, then use gold, then use coin, then use paper money, and now it's the time for people to use bitcoin. Bitcoin will not going to zero because it's the future of money.

Moving Patient Data Is Messy, But Blockchain Is Here to Help - WIRED
https://apple.news/AMj2C_Cl1Soi2KIM-FrfOyg

More mainstream news aboit the blockchain. These folks at Wired see solid usability in the medical industry. Just the beginning friends, there are so many good business uses for the blockchain. I wish i voild buy ownership in it!

Where do you see the blockchain makinh an impact?
Blockchain is the safest way to save data, now, only few people who understand about Blockchain. But actually blockchain technology can be used in wide scope. Honestly I have a plan to bulid an app which can be used to ease everyone to find place, job, goods and an assistant for their job and I need to use blockchain technology to save data and keep it organized. But not in the near future, I hope I can release the app before many big company do the samething. I will use btc and other cryptocurrencies for all transactions on that app. Have you heard about docademic? They already use blockchain technology.

Re: Is crypto capable of making the world go digital?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 09/12/2018, 12:02:32 UTC
This is very possible. The Blockchain technology is a revolutionary one with a lot of significance. As the people become more familiar with it, the adoption and utilization of the Blockchain and cryptocurrency will increase which will gradually lead the world to cashless.
The world can't ignore that blockchain technology which provide decentralization with it's p2p is the best methode to save data. It's very hard to attack blockchain network when the data is spread to many place. Blockchain also provide transparency so that everyone can see the data. Blockchain technology is become the most reliable method for cashless society concept. We don't need to wait our government to legalize it, without legalization from government we still can use our bitcoin directly at some place. Bitcoin don't need government but government need bitcoin and blockchain technology.

Re: How can we make Crypto go viral?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 09/12/2018, 11:19:24 UTC
Now, crypto is a currency people can choose to use. They don't have to. We need to build it as good as possible so that people who choose it, can. And those of us who want and have time and resources, focus on building good showcases, demonstrating that it works. Is rapid adoption that necessary? We need to be able to learn as we scale upwards. Right now, we're in the middle of the development after having learnt that "on-chain isn't the be-all end-all scaling solution". It was a fight getting here, and in the end the big-blockers went and created their own coin, which I think was good for all parties. Has it gone viral already, in a way?
I realized that bitcoin is a cool thing is when I saw a youtuber who create a video about bitcoin, he show his new expensive car that he get after earn bitcoin. I think we don't need to do complicated thing to make bitcoin go viral. We only need to show them atleast an expensive thing that we got after convert our bitcoin into fiat. Thrust me, it works. When you have expensive thing then your friends will asko you how did you get that, then you can tell them that you exchange your bitcoin to buy that.

He is taking it to the extreme. Why does Bitcoin need to be a "bet" on the future collapse if the established financial system? Does he want it to collapse? Does he believe that it will not encourage instability, disorder, and chaos? What about the other 99.9% of the population who are not Bitcoiners?

I don't pretend bitcoin as a bet, actually I am not that type of bitcoiner. I pretend bitcoin as a great chance to gain profit in the fluctuations price of it. Believe it or not, people are move from cash to digital money usage. Governments support electronic transactions which provide lower cost of maintenance and better supervision. If we talk in macro economy scope, the fiat money system was already create very big chaos, government always spend more money or create fiscal policy to balance the economy and improve it litle by litle but the inflation of fiat money always cause very bad impact to the economy. I personally prefer to save gold rather than fiat but  it is not practical. So I still need fiat as well. I hope there are medium of exchange that the price always moves in line with gold price. Believe me, our economy will be better.

Re: Holding BTC at this satge is a bad idea?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 09/12/2018, 06:37:16 UTC
No, ofcourse not. If you are long term holder then you should not be worry with this condition. This is only part of cryptocurrency market volatility, if you have plan to hold bitcoin for 2 or 3 next year then you need to be more relax. If you want to convert tour btc into fiat in the near time then you should convert it now. I thought that the bear market will not forever, maybe next year the price of bitcoin will start to rise again, I guess the price can reach $100.000 when the bull market take it's turn.

Re: CRYPTO AND FIAT MONEY BEST COMBINATION
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 09/12/2018, 06:23:49 UTC
Cryptocurrency and fiat money don't has intrinsic value, so the combination of cryptocurrency and fiat money will not give significant advantage. In term of comparison, cryptocurrency is better than fiat money because cryptocurrency is faster, safer and tye cost for maintain it is lower than fiat money. Cryptocurrency should be combined with something which has intrinsic value like gold or silver. We should reduce the usage of fiat then start to use bitcoin as the main of medium of exchange which and also pretend it as representative of gold.

Re: Does decentralized way of doing transaction is really viable ?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 17/11/2018, 02:10:47 UTC
When i compare centralized with decentralized one question comes in my mind that is really decentralized system is viable to do transaction without knowing any central authority. Don't you think it may lead to fraud as well because there is no third party involvement. For example when we use banks to do transaction, Banks should have to consider norms and regulation made by central bank but in decentralized system whom we follow and if something fraud happen and whom we target ?

Many things that should be taken into consideration, if you do transactions with person who lice in the same country as you then do transaction which provided by centralized authority is good because the cost will not so high but if you do transactions internationally then bitcoin/decentralization payment method is better because there is no difficulties and high cost and restrictions.

Re: Bitcoin as an example of true democracy ?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 16/11/2018, 15:42:44 UTC
Bitcoin is created mainly for ordinary people to make transactions without third parties and that payments would be anonymous ! Bitcoin frees humanity from the control of your personal money from the global States. It shows the true face of world democracy and frees us from dictators who think they are kings !
Do you agree ? Share your opinion friends.
Everything peace !
Not yet, bitcoin should be spread evenly first. We are think that bitcoin is an example of true democracy because there is no central authority that print or control bitcoin so the price will not decrease. But actually bitcoin price still be manipulated by whale, you can see the price that very volatile right? But the trend of bitcoin price is good. If you look at the widest timeframe, the bitcoin price chart will indicate that bitcoin price will rise in the future. And when the liquidity is higher then we can say that bitcoin is the true example of democracy.

Re: Will usage of bitcoin reduce the value of native currencies?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 16/11/2018, 15:22:52 UTC
Will the value of native currency fall down if the usage of bitcoin increases?do people feel that they don't need fiat anymore for the transactions to happen? Is that why people are trying to let down bitcoin ? Many questions are just wandering in my mind at the moment. Can anyone answer atleast few of them?
Yes, if native currency still in form of paper money/then the answer is yes but if the native currency is in form of gold then bitcoin can't give any impact to gold because usually the price of gold is move inline with commodity such as rice, weath, meat and etc. People prefer like to do transactions via credit cards rather than cash, the trend is move, in the future people will prefer like to use bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for online transaction.

Here in my country which has a big number of citizens, bitcoin is not so popular so almost there is no mercjant who accept bitcoin. Even I can't find any single store which accept bitcoin in my city. But there is a local exchange in my country so I can convert my bitcoin into paper money to buy something.

How sweet could it be?

I really want the professionals to shed more light on this if it could be actualized and how easier could it be and what implication can it have on bitcoin
Actually there are many vendors that will help us to use bitcoin to buy many thing in real world, we can use bitcoin to buy tickets, food or even pay tuition by the help of vendors. Actually the real world industries are not really accept bitcoin, it still get fiat money but the vendors create a system so bitcoin users still can use bitcoin to buy something, it looks like you buy something using bitcoin directly but actually not like that.

Re: Will Bitcoin become the reserve currency of the world?
by
Chairul Muttaqin
on 15/11/2018, 03:53:52 UTC
Do you think Bitcoin will become the reserve currency of the world sometime in the future? I was wondering about this since Bitcoin is now a widely used cryptocurrency worldwide. Since most altcoins in the market today, are dependent on Bitcoin's price movements, it seems like Bitcoin is the reserve currency of cryptocurrencies.

However, if Bitcoin tends to become more popular each day, it could eventually take the USD's place as the reserve currency of the world. Hence, what are your thoughts about this? Will it happen or not?  Huh
Bitcoin will never become the reserve currency of the world. All countries will prefer like to hoard gold. Now USD is not so good as reserve currency, the value of USD is always decreasing and bitcoin price is unpredictable so gold is the only one choice for those countries who want to make sure their country economy good.
