Im certain FABA team will keep majority of the tokens for themselves, thats the safest way for this idea to suceed as they are well experienced investors, so they will work in best interest of the company.
Most probably the team will do this. The team will be the majority shareholder to implement what is in their mind. Also I believe that this is a good decision. Because they are more trusted than any other one by the community.
Will there be some other use for FABA tokens except for voting rights when they decide about where to invest?
In the future, our investors will have the option accepting Faba tokens for dividend payments. We are also exploring additional use cases for our tokens so as to increase its demands.
How you plan to achieve that,to payout FABA tokens as dividend if there is certain amount of tokens available,do you plan to mint more tokens in that case?
It is a bit weird to me to, since unsold Faba tokens will be burned, I guess dividends will come from team tokens then or?

Since Agate will be POS, meaning Proof Of Stake, will there be a masternodes? Will staking be directly from Agate wallet?
I really hope that we can stake from our own wallet as i would like to keep agate tokens in my ledger nano s.
Staking will be through pools as far as I know, not wallet.You join the pool and then you can stake.Maternodes will be available if you own 50k AGT.
I wish I had that kind of money to invest, but the problem is you never know if returns will be good enough.
Yes it is alot of money, but you will be able to join with as many AGT you have, and then later on one day if you reach amount required for masternode you can go for that,it doesnt have to happen immediately.
If Agate can deliver on the vision as they promise, masternodes may get quite expensive in the future. But as you say it is no must to participate with a masternode.
Yeah, masternode is bst when you enter early, otherwise it usually becomes not profitable enough to risk it.

I see that people are still confusing STO and ICO, but soon enough people will figure out that its not the same thing
Yeah, it should be communicated to people that they do get the shares of Faba and voting right, like if they invest enough funds they own a part of the company unlike with utility tokens where you essentially do not own a thing.
I agree,most investors are not sure what are their rights when they buy security tokens and that part should be communicated and might even attract more people to join the sale.Thats why more and more projects are focusing on STO.
Surely if people clearly saw that they really do own a part of the company and have the possibility to help make company a success and bring them profit at the same time they would be more inclined to invest in it.
Thing is that this is still new to crypto, so most people don't even consider that aspect of STO.

I have heard about Faba from a friend and have been reading through this topic a bit.I'm interested, but would like to know what kind of returns can we expect if we don't have enough funds to vote for companies that will be offered?
Your returns comes to you according to the amount of tokens you hold. There is no special formula.
How often will you pay out dividend?
I presume it will be yearly, same as it is with stocks.I could be wrong though.
It makes sense,or maybe make it quarterly,i think investors would like that even more,to get funds more often
Can that even be done? I'm not sure that you can just set it up anyway that suits you, there are certain things that need to be fulfilled so investor can receive dividends.

It says Agate is like Paypal for crypto currencies, does that mean that we will be able to send crytpo through Agate network to friends, pay for stuff directly from the app and all other things Paypal allows us to do?
I think that they also aim to be able to connect your debit card with Agate account,and that way spend crypto in an easy and efficient way.

I am wondering can we still invest here even if we are small micro investors/ I think what you are offering token holders is an extremely lucrative deal and I bet many whales have already entered your arena. If I can buy FABA can I still buy directly from the site? I will check out more information tonight as venture capital is right up my alley and these are the kind of projects I would love to get involved in, even with my small investment as I am not a whale. I love these types of investments whereby I can earn an ROI while holding them as I am primarily a holder, more than a trader. I am not good at day trading and would prefer to get involved with passive income buying opportunities.
Minimum investement in this round is 200 USD,in 2nd ico round minimum is even higher so this is good opportunity to invest,its still accessible to most investors.
Minimum investment based on the info on the first page will be $1300 during second round,and that is quite a big difference compared to $200 that is now, and especially compared to $1 during preico sale.This is the right time to invest if you are smaller investor as $1300 is quite steep.

Can you please elaborate how to buy crypto currencies with PayPal from your platform? You deal with Peer-to-Peer exchange or we have to buy any intermediate currency first, and then sell that currency for Bitcoin? Please clear my doubts. Thank you!
I don't think that they accept PayPal for buying Agate tokens, they accept only cryptocurrencies.
So far Agate accepts ETH,BTC,EOS,LTC and DASH ,and i think many more will come in the future.
Accepting credit cards also wouldnt be bad,atleast at the beginning to attract new users who still have problems with crypto.I remember i bought my first ICO tokens with credit card.
Well sinmce this is crypto based project,it should accept crypto only,especially since its not hard anymore to buy ETH/BTC like it was few years ago.
It is not hard and complicated for a lot of people like us here on forum, but for 90% people out there it is like science fiction.People don't know how to properly use their smart phones and you expect them to buy ETH and BTC and trade ...
Crypto is still very young, like a newborn baby, it is delusional to expect it to go mainstream without fiat-crypto gateways.

It will be invested in various companies I presume, like it is intended.
I'm sure some will be allocated for marketing, development legal team. That's what I meant,i wanted to know if some specific amount is set.
Marketing is very important aspect of each start up like this, so I expect that a significant amount of funds is directed towards marketing activities.

It was said multiple times Q1 2019., but I agree with you that team should really start updating us about the current state of things happening with Agate.Marketing department is slacking big time.
They are simply waiting for better market and in the meantime they are developing the product.
Problem with waiting is that this market might last for some time,but atleast it will be easier to raise more funds with better developed project.
Not necessarily , people might get tired of waiting and FUD the project into the ground, lose faith and then it is not easy to recover from that, no matter what kind of product you have.

Why would masternode be cheap?And i dont think that $3800 is a lot of money for that.

What will be the total supply of AGT tokens, do we know what will team do with all the unsold tokens?
Total supply of AGT will be 490,000,000 AGT. Tokens that are not sold during the sale will be burned as it is in most cases.

No tokens were distributed yet as far as I'm aware.
No point to distribute the tokens now as you would have to lock them,otherwise people would try to sell them.

Base price of 1 AGT=0.076 USD, so that means that price will be minimum 3800 USD for 50,000 AGT. But we have to wait and see what will be the bonus during public sale.
50k Agate to run a masternode can be seen as a decent amount but when you now look at the price of that 50k you will realize that thats quite a lot of cash, but Ofcours if there are bonus in the sale then it can be easily accumulated, between what is the reward base of running a mn in agate platform?
I think after entering the stock exchange the price will fall several times due to bonuses and a bad market. A 1-2 thousand dollars there is anyone who likes this topic.
In general, the market is now at very reasonable prices for those who have extra money.
That has been said when Bitcoin hit $10,000 and when it hit $7,000. And it will again be said when it hits $3,000.
I think we are getting close to the bottom,people are mentioning 3-4k as possible bopotm for months now,and it seems like we are almost there.
If it goes below 3k I think it will become an even more dangerous downward spiral. I can't imagine we will see something below 2k. That would be crazy.
True,situaation aint good at the moment,thats why its a good idea that agate team took break for sale.Situation could change in a month or two,and in the meanwhile they can keep working on the product.
Teams need to be flexible in this kind of market, so better to wait a bit and develop other stuff, then to force the sale and suffer.

Last information was that 6.2 millions was raised so far, but it could be more already. Hard cap is 25 millions USD.
Its a big deal to reach soft cap in this market. Who knows, If situation changes even hard cap might be possible.
Agreed, lots of projects have failed in this market and reaching soft cap is almost like reaching hard cap months ago.
