I set the config and set a custom username and password but is this where you put it litecoin.confg?

http://puu.sh/2t89g

Thats my Litecoin folder

When i start reaper I get this  Huh

http://puu.sh/2t83G

This is my litecoin.conf in reaperv13beta4_32

Code:

port 9332
user CheesyWalnut

protocol litecoin

worksize 256
aggression 18
threads_per_gpu 1
sharethreads 18
lookup_gap 2
gpu_thread_concurrency 6144

This is my reaper.conf in reaperv13beta4_32

Code:

save_binaries yes
enable_graceful_shutdown no
long_polling yes

mine litecoin

This is my liecoin.conf in the Litecoin folder

Ive been mining bitcoins for about a week now and the results are a bit disappointing :/ I have made 0.01382116 BTC which is about one dollar and seventy cents :L I dont know if this is because the pool or my computer

Here are my video card specs i dont really know if this helps  Undecided

http://puu.sh/2sWg8

Acording to the wiki https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison#AMD_.28ATI.29

your card should mine between 68-114 MHash/s so
if you go here: http://www.alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator
and use 114 Mhash as your number, you'll get the following based on current price and difficulty

Coins   Dollars
per Day   ฿0.01   $1.05
per Week   ฿0.06   $7.36
per Month   ฿0.26   $31.95

So yeah, you won't be making much with that card...

I actually installed this one because it goes a bit faster my computer came with a intel gma x4500 if that mines fister i might use that

A bunch of mining pools also give you namecoins so i set one up but im not sure how you use it :/

Is there like some gui like bitcoin instead of a command prompt?

And how much USD is one namecoin worth?

also how much USD is one litecoin worth?

1. Convert fiat into coin
2. Invest in mining hardware
3. Work for them

this might be a stupid question but what is fiat?

and who do you work for

Best way to get bitcoins?

What do you think the best way to get bitcoins is?

Is it mining solo for a year or joining a pool?

Or is it doing random surveys that steal your info?

EDIT: Without using any money generated not by bitcoins
