as I see from discussions on reddit biggest problem people that are running Orgintrail nodes are facing is that some are getting a lot of jobs while others none.  Two examples was that someone got 15 jobs and have his node running less time then the other guy who got none.  I am not really sure if this was already solved in OriginTrail Vostok Mainnet — Node Update v2.0.50

Is there something like http://www.blocktivity.info/ for the OT nodes and transactions?
Since the project and the technology is in its early days... Why not simulate load in the main net with some mock-up transactions?
150.000 Or 1.500.000 job per day sound more realistic to me of it comes to supply chain for retail.

The Bittrex pump is not far away.  Grin

Is equal to running out of funds for me, do we agree?

Well, seems like I have to apologize. Didn't know that they had to cut down on personnel costs and dismiss part of their team. I hope that they haven't burned all of their funds completely. That would be indeed a sign of bad management.

Why is it that its very common for crypto projects who've done an ICO to have financial issues after several months when we know they've accumulated  good funding that could bring more good to the company longer than expected???

Let’s start a new ICO:
A public immutable ledger, connected to SME ERP-systems, for ICO’s to document their financials and management of funding.
Or basic XBRL reporting for ICO’s to upload their financial status to a blockchain and every ICO investor has transparency and due diligence on their funding.

Since crypto is not regulated, why not announce to work on new exchanges? Ask twitter OG to pump the coin by paying with tokens for the service. Or a general statement by the project to maintain the token price by marketing and promotion.
Justin Sun probably would make a multibillion market cap out of this project.

Decent still hiring, seems like they don't want to fund Equidato Technologies AG anymore? If the low ETH price is the root cause for the funding issue, it does not sound feasible to let a startup die that has customers, products and a good team.
Other external investor could fund too, if there are successes and the positive outlook to earn money with blockchain. Talents are sometimes harder to get then funding  for hype technologies.

7.3 Mio USD raised in ICO and already running out of funds?
https://icobench.com/ico/sophiatx

Assuming 150k/a for Swiss-salaries, 10FTE could work for 2 years with 3.000k USD?
4.3 USD Mio still left then?

As well assuming Equidato and the project holds some tokens, some actions to maintain the token price would have helped now to raise funds by selling tokens ?
Didn’t the CEO proudly announce in the AMA that they don’t care about crypto-seasons and have millions in the sales-pipeline?

Big damage for ICO-fundraising if even Swiss-Projects run out of funds, without delivering remarkable results, after raising 7.3 Mio USD in an ICO.
I've seen start-ups delivering far more with 500k funding.

if theres little to no activity on ghub thats definitely a concern i would think , ,  i see its on the 24 hr loser list again as well.   coincidence?,  most cryptos had a decent run up the last week or so,   hard to keep faith with this one right now

If you are concerned I would recommend testing and providing feedback to the new product which is the Dragonchain Academy:
https://academy.dragonchain.org/courses

People love to share their certifications on LinkedIn or on https://www.youracclaim.com/
Some gamification with the option to earn badges would be cool too. Successful enrollment of certifications should even add your profile to a job-database, based on blockchain too, for companies searching for blockchain experts.

Maybe some kind of blockchain-based quizzes where you compete with other participations for the best blockchain knowledge would be a good idea.

Probably selling the certificates for a small handling fee paid in token would be a nice option too.
Or even lock the token handling fee as long the certificates are valid and stored on a blockhain.

DRGN has been surrounded with a lot of expectation and the question that remains is when will something be actually presented! Whenever I can buy some tokens in anticipation of a change. There have been no activities on GitHub for almost 1 year! Is it a normal situation?

DRGN and IOTEX both used the Apache 2.0 license and therefore are open source projects.
No reason for an open source project not to commit to their git-repository on a frequent basis IMHO.

Somehow the swap from $ICN to eICN is a reference case how to collect money from an ICO and decommission the ICO token later legally?

I guess you could say that indeed. It's a shame this was not in the initial roadmap, now there is only hope that eICN might actually become something worthwhile someday  Tongue

However I can seriously understand professional projects, when they want to get rid of their ugly relatives inherited with an ICO.
Hard to do serious business with serious entities, when your relatives always crush the party by loudly shouting for exchanges listing or other actions to pump the token price. WinkWink

good news from SophiaTX.

"We are proud to announce the launch of E-XBRL! This financial reporting solution marks the first real-world business application of the SophiaTX Blockchain.
Yesterday, we officially announced the launch of our first product and first application of the SophiaTX Blockchain in business – E-XBRL. The solution is designed to simplify and automate financial reporting and operates in line with the recently introduced Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) requirement for all public and private companies to digitally file their annual financial statements via the Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) platform.
Here’s how it works:

The E-XBRL solution focuses on accelerating and improving the accuracy of the financial reporting process by enabling users to bypass the cumbersome and costly process of manual data entry by auto-generating submission-ready reports from data input into the MBRS-ready master template developed for E-XBRL.

MBRS reports generated through E-XBRL are permanently recorded and encrypted on the SophiaTX Blockchain, allowing for the immutable sharing of data across the financial data supply chain while impeding data tampering and unauthorised revisions. Thus, data shared on E-XBRL is more accurate, consistent, and transparent than when pushed through paper-based processes which slow down productivity."

https://www.sophiatx.com/e-xbrl-launched-we-proudly-present-our-first-product/

The product release is probaply

I commend the SophiaTX team for this significant development that will increase productivity of its users. This is really awesome where in recent months bearish markets ,at least we hear good news like this from the blockchain industry.

And news like these where blackchain technology get adopted by real-world businesses is soo much more important than anything else. In the end this adoption will be worth so much more than all the people who are just in to make a quick buck.

This product release is probably 10x more worth then a Binance listing.

If you compare to the impact of an exchange listing to the current product release relative to the token price, you might consider the crypto ecosystem still in a bubble phase.
In a bubble people invest in complex things they don’t really understand.

Therefore these topics work far better and are easier to understand, then a blockchain based XBRL product, if you want to pump a crypto-coin:
  • Exchange listing
  • Master and other nodes
  • Forks and Air drops (Free money)
  • Token burnings
  • News about news
  • Coin hyping on twitter

XBRL is a pretty crowded area in the software industry:
https://www.altova.com/download-xbrl-software.html
https://www.xbrl.org/view/tools-and-services/?pagenum=1
https://www.oracle.com/applications/performance-management/products/financial-close-reporting/hyperion-disclosure-management/

If the Malaysian financial authorities use blockchain too in order automate and improve the XBRL-template collection process, this would probably be a game changer..
Happy to learn about other benefits of storing XBRL XML-files or XBRL collection template, probably these are excel-files, to a blockchain.

Before delisting MOD from Binance they used to be in special treatment of Kucoin and then delisted from Kucoin. Then they got delisted from Binance.

We are not even in special treatment area of Kucoin.

Hopefully the reason for special treatment was low volume or the negotiation of fees and not any compliance issues at both exchanges.
Anything else then volume or fees would leave a very bad taste and damage the reputation of the crypto-space.
Especially when the compliance issues where fact with the Kucoin delisting.

I think Binance wouldn't list Binance because they sound pretty arrogant and unprofessional:

Tip 8: Don’t ask me for a status update on your application.

Tip 9: Don’t ask for a contact person. We don’t allow contact with our review team. We want to avoid bias influence as well as potential bribery attempts.

Tip 10: Don't shill your coin to me on Twitter, or any other social/chat programs.

Tip 11: Don’t send me your white paper

Considering the advisors, team members and ambitious goals, it’s pretty quiet concerning this project.

The git looks pretty public and active.

A lot of chart analysis activity for the $BLZ tag on twitter, seems like it will pump soon.
Hopefully it’s a sustainable reason for the pump and not a P&D group spamming twitter.

I mean it is sink or fuckn swim out there now!  with new coins coming out every day how will dragonchain stay on the radar and even be noticed?

How to stay on the radar in the enterprise blockchain space?

  • Working products
  • Public reference projects
  • Paying customers
  • Earn money

Think the token-based micro license model has huge potential.

What I don’t like is the lonesome Git:

•   Seems to be the Chinese version of Bluzelle?
•   Is there any development roadmap available?
•   Any real life projects, customers or use-cases available to illustrate the benefits of the solution?
•   The white-paper seems to be pretty generic to me. What is the added value to explain well known technologies like MapReduce and Graph-databases again?

4. The white-paper seems to be pretty generic to me. What is the added value to explain well known technologies like MapReduce and Graph-databases again?

The use of technology MapReduce in CyberVein network is on a Virtual Machine level (CVVM) in order to provide a smart contract operating environment. We think that a parallel computing model of MapReduce can speed up the operations on a large data sets.
For more information check out these articles:
https://medium.com/@CyberVein/cybervein-database-94f9f1e8ebf0
https://www.crypto-news.net/cybervein-virtual-machine-brings-you-to-fun-with-blockchain-3-0/
Regarding to Graph databases there is no additional value besides using the DAG as a network architecture.

Hi,
Many thanks for the great explanations. Almost gave up finding intelligent live here in the forum.  Wink

One remark:
Quote
About the mission, CyberVein offers the decentralized power for data by interconnecting the data that runs the worl.

Data protection and data integrity is a fundamental human right here in Europe. Therefore global data sharing of GDPR relevant person related data is tricky from a legal perspective.

As well sharing Chinese data outside China is impossible due to the China Security the law and the corresponding chapter of “Important data”
Technically a perfect scenario and use-case, legally it is hard to implement data sharing and interconnecting datasets across borders.

How do you guys position yourselves in regards to the TheKey(TKY)  project?
