Re: How 18-year old boy became Millionare from Bitcoin

Girls could be running after him now that they know he is a millionaire. Not just millionaire but also young and bright, not mentioned that he is but by the decision he made it is a clear indication that he is indeed smart. Not everyone has a strong instinct like his. Anyway, a lot had regretted for not believing in bitcoin earlier.

The government may just be planning a better approach on how they can make subjects like bitcoin ATM more safe from how it was before. Besides, i doubt it, they for sure want a piece of the pie. If it is regulated and permitted then there will be no reason for anyone on it not to tax.

Re: Apocalyptic Scenario - What happens to Bitcoin?
by
Chikitita2004
on 11/06/2019, 08:02:58 UTC
In an apocalyptic event, nothing will be more valuable, not even life. Everyone will be after their own safety and good. That will be a time of chaos and even your millions of dollars in banks can also be worthless and useless. Internet could be interrupted and could be scarce as well and since bitcoin is dependent on internet so there will be no use of it and not even buying and selling.

Re: Cryptocurrency, KYC and Terrorism
by
Chikitita2004
on 05/06/2019, 17:21:32 UTC
Some have speculated that terrorists have discovered a way to use the platform crypto currency to gather identities from different people from all over the world. use their identities for terrorist activities. From threads that i have seen, there are people thinking that some ICOs are used to fund terrorist acts by luring investors into investing into their companies, getting KYC in exchange of money, gather a large sum of it and then run away with big bags of bucks.
IMO, these scenarios have big possibilities since there is the anonymity factor feature of crypto currency, we really do not have the knowledge as to whom and where the money will go for when it was transacted in cyberspace.

what are your thoughts on this?
It is possible and could possible be happening already. There is a lot of projects conducting ICOs that run away after they’ve gathered enough fund. Posting some whitepapers to represent their project only as a front but nothing of anything written will actually happen. That could be for different purpose or we don’t know if real terrorists are behind these activities.

Re: Bank Coin Drem Market

Welcome my friends, this is my first time to publish, I hope it is not a dissent
I offer you my humble project, a bank statement for digital currencies, and also a purchase
At the same time the site supports you for complete privacy. No personal information is requested from you. You are completely anonymous
You can use this site for the following uses
Buy from it the available currencies or use it as a wallet for digital currencies
The site supports 3 basic currencies
1- BTC BTC
2. LTC
3. DOGE
* Fixed commission is 1% per conversion on different website or different portfolio from our website
* If the transfer is internal from one account to another account in the same location, no commission is taken in final form
You can put any amount there is no limit like Block Shane Bank
I hope to be under your good friends and admire your humble project,
https://dreammarket.vip
Your site is bare, it must be new. It doesn’t even contain any information about the site. First glance at it will not tell people what it is all about. Its not so easy to start a new platform nowadays, a lot did already and not all succeeded. You need a proper procedure in promoting/advertising your site. Besides, you cannot get people’s trust easily without providing informations and details, something that would show your site’s credibility.

Re: Fraudsters (article)

http://promo.raidofinance.eu/fraudsters  -- here we published an article

I guess it's too short (it should be bigger twice for a better result). What do you think?

I didn’t get it, is a promotion of a new platform or an article? The article is not short by the way it is quite long and it tackles about fraudsters or scammers on their strategies in getting people’s trust but then at the latter part of your article you promoted the platform but I cannot see reasons why people should trust this platform to avoid being scammed by mentioning these line below:
Quote
The European company RaidoFinance provides a reliable and transparent way to buy / sell cryptocurrency. As part of its activities, the company is guided by the KYC / AML policy. Carrying out a four-level customer verification provides the necessary level of interaction with the digital world.
KYC and AML doesn’t guarantee investors of not being scammed since scammers come from within.

Re: Unregulated market is illegal or legal?
by
Chikitita2004
on 05/06/2019, 16:48:05 UTC
I think it is only illegal if there is a law that makes unregulated market illegal. The crypto market in my country is still largely unregulated but the people are free to use and trade any cryptocurrency from both local and international exchanges. Some countries have already imposed their own regulation to curbe some illegal activities and protect their people financially.
Exactly. Without law stating prohibition of using it makes it still allowable or legal. Just like generally speaking, there’s a lot of bad activities being performed everyday but as long as there is no law stating it is prohibited and punishable it remains legal. Here in my present location it is illegal but foreigners can open  bank accounts.

Re: Are You Afraid of KYC?
by
Chikitita2004

When you decide to involve into crypto trading, you are ready the risk of it.
So when you decide to involve into project ,are you willing to take the risk by giving your KYC ?

For me, If I trust the project, I won't doubt to give it !
Another problem here is even in bounty campaigns participants are being asked for KYC and they will not be able to get paid if they don't do the KYC process. This is ridiculous, because if you think of how much bounty participants are getting in every campaign compared to investors, they are just getting peanuts for their effort and yet they still have to risk their identities.

Re: ETH vs BTC
by

on 04/06/2019, 11:42:38 UTC
If the only basis will just be both as payment then people will surely use ethereum for fast process and shorter transaction time but this is not the case, people look at both of them differently as much as they regard and value them differently. Not much of us want to use bitcoin to pay for pizza or coffee and not all also regard ethereum as a commodity or store of value. It will be like substituting salt with sugar or vice versa which cannot be because each has different flavor.

I haven't heard updates on this. Maybe because I am not there  Smiley.
I wonder how many people  participated in this since it is talking about crypto as a reward and since not everyone knows about crypto I doubt someone who doesn't understand will join. What could be the reason why they chose Ether and not cash, if paying in cash will bring more volunteer then I don’t see any advantage why they chose to pay ethereum.

Re: What is the most expensive commodity at the moment?
by
Chikitita2004
on 04/06/2019, 11:19:32 UTC
I did a Google search of the most expensive and the search result that was returned had one interesting item, which was edible gold. For real, I never knew they was such a term as that.
It is expensive when talking about food but still, there’s a lot more expensive commodities like luxurious cars, popular brand items and a lot more. I wonder if gold is not harmful to human body since it requires intense amount of heat to melt it and i doubt human body and digestive system have that amount of heat to digest this edible gold?

Re: If everyone is hodling, how can bitcoin be used for mass adoption?
by
Chikitita2004
on 04/06/2019, 10:15:16 UTC
Can we finally admit that bitcoin is probably never going to be used for day to day payments? Can we finally switch to the idea that bitcoin is more like gold than anything else and stop this idea of ''mass adoption''? It's already adopted by a lot of people and companies but what more do we really want? It's not profitable for smaller companies to accept bitcoin, what do they gain from it? How are they going to deal with the volatility?
Exactly. Even when bitcoin was not yet as widely adopted as it is today we’ve seen it succeed already, it means that bitcoin doesn’t really need total adoption for it to reach the sky in value and besides, not everyone wants it to be used as coins from their purse to pay basic necessities in a daily basis. I really do think we must accept it as it is, it doesn’t prevent bitcoin from becoming the king of crypto by the way like this.

Re: Why do we need so many cryptocurrency exchanges?
by
Chikitita2004
on 04/06/2019, 10:05:15 UTC
ultimately the ones who are serious about it will try to offers something better, whether it's regulations, better fees, faster platform, more detailed charts, more trading options, margin trading, etc etc. We do in fact need more cryptocurrency exchanges, hopefully decentralized ones as well.
I agree with you in this. Just like online stores are there in number and varieties of services so I think exchanges should also be similar to that, for users to have more options and each of them have different and unique services that they can’t find from the rest. The problem with trying to offer something better as you said is, scammers are also up to this promise. They promise too good services to entice and catch victims for their own benefit. These promises of unique and good services are being used as baits for easy catch.

No, I used to scroll up and down to a certain Facebook page too to get hint of who the page admin could be but i found none. In Facebook groups, you could find indications or signs beside the person’s name every time an admin make a posts or write comments.

Forgot the only real reason for BTC to exist, decentralization, nothing is more important than this.

Exactly, no one can take our money or close down the bitcoin blockchain, we don't even need to trust each other, the blockchain alone will keep our bitcoins safe.
Indeed. To hell with banks. Storing my money in banks below minimum balance without doing anything with it, I should wave goodbye to my money then for banks will surely eat it up every month down to zero. I can keep my bitcoin in my wallet for years and it will still wait for me there untouched.

Re: Bitcoin is not money
by

Bitcoin is defined as “crypto-currency/digital currency” and currency is money so its money for me. Bitcoin consist numbers and so does money. Your definition and mine do not change what it is anyway. For some it is an asset, a store of value, for some they buy pizza and coffee with it so really dont make sense how we call it.
