Real Madrid vs Mallorca

Real Madrid confirmed lineup (4-3-3): Thibaut Courtois (GK), Trent Alexander-Arnold, Eder Militao, Dean Huijsen, Alvaro Carreras, Federico Valverde, Aurelien Tchouameni, Arda Guler, Franco Mastantuono, Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior.

Mallorca confirmed lineup (5-3-2): Leo Roman (GK), Martin Valjent, Antonio Raillo, Marash Kumbulla, Mateu Morey, Toni Lato, Manu Morlanes, Sergi Darder, Pablo Torre, Mateo Joseph, Vedat Muriqi.

Real Madrid go again tonight to host Mallorca for their third match of the season, from all indication Real Madrid seem to have chosen a good track because the way I saw them playing now is quite different from last season. Mbappe has now pick up with what his require from him which is scoring goals and currently he just had three goals in two matches, I hope tonight he will increase the number.

Leeds United vs Newcastle

Leeds confirmed lineup (4-3-3): Lucas Perri (GK), Jayden Bogle, Joe Rodon, Pascal Struijk, Gabriel Gudmundsson, Sean Longstaff, Ilia Gruev, Anton Stach, Daniel James, Lukas Nmecha, Wilfried Gnonto.

Newcastle confirmed lineup (3-4-3): Nick Pope (GK), Sven Botman, Fabian Schaer, Daniel Burn, Kieran Trippier, Bruno Guimaraes, Sandro Tonali, Valentino Livramento, Jacob Murphy, William Osula, Jacob Ramsey.

The last time these two meet was at Elland Road the home of Leeds, the match ended draw which is 2 - 2. Newcastle has been ahead of Leeds because they haven't lost to Leeds for four consecutive matches. Newcastle will be travelling to Elland Road for their third match of the season, I hope they will make it out here since they haven't win a match.

Newcastle land striker Nick Woltemade in club-record £69m deal

Newcastle have signed the German forward Nick Woltemade from Stuttgart in a club-record deal reportedly worth £69m.

The 23-year-old’s deal eclipses the £63m Newcastle paid for Alexander Isak three years ago when the Sweden striker, now wanted by Liverpool, became the club’s most expensive player.

Woltemade came through Werder Bremen’s academy and became their youngest Bundesliga debutant in 2020 at the age of 17. He joined Stuttgart last year and scored 17 goals in 33 appearances across all competitions

Eddie Howe, the Newcastle manager, said: “We are delighted to get Nick’s signing over the line so quickly. He fits the profile for exactly what we have been looking for to add to our attacking options.

“He’s strong in a lot of areas – he has great technical ability and has proven himself to be a real threat in one of Europe’s top leagues – but he’s also still at an age where he has plenty of room to develop and grow here.“

Capped twice by Germany, the 1.98-metre forward has been called up for the World Cup qualifiers against Slovakia and Northern Ireland in September. “It’s a big step in my life to leave Germany but everybody has welcomed me so well and it already feels like family,” Woltemade said.

Chelsea vs Fulham

Chelsea confirmed lineup (4-2-3-1): Robert Sanchez (GK), Malo Gusto, Trevoh Chalobah, Tosin Adarabioyo, Marc Cucurella, Moises Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez, Estevao, Joao Pedro, Pedro Neto, Liam Delap.

Fulham confirmed lineup (4-4-2): Bernd Leno (GK), Kenny Tete, Joachim Andersen, Calvin Bassey, Timothy Castagne, Sander Berge, Sasa Lukic, Ryan Sessegnon, Joshua King, Alex Iwobi, Rodrigo Muniz.

Chelsea about to host for the second time of the season after they play draw against Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge, few minutes from now Fulham will be playing their second away game of the season after they hosted Manchester United and Bristol City with one win and a draw, these games show how good they are at home but nothing can be say because they are playing with Chelsea, who we all know they have improved. This match will be very tough because both teams haven't lose a game.

The match ended with a 3-0 just like the last meeting.
If you had bet on Valencia to win, you would have certainly profited.
Initially, I thought the match would end in a draw because Getafe had won their first two matches of the season. I was surprised by the result, as Getafe couldn't even score.
Getafe actually tried to play like they had in the previous match, but it seemed Valencia knew their weaknesses better.
I was so shocked to see Valencia wins with three goals, because despite they have three consecutive winning against Getafe, and compared to how Getafe performed now I expect something like draw  in this match. Valencia had been having good time when they met Getafe and that is why they are able to secure those chances to win again. Valencia have recorded their first win of the season which elevate them with four points, will this match be the beginning of their success because I found it difficult to say that because Getafe is not always a difficult opponent for Valencia maybe that is why they are able to win against them. I will into their next to see weather they are back or not.

Valencia vs Getafe

Valencia predicted lineup (4-2-3-1): Julen Agirrezabala (GK), Dimitri Foulquier, Cesar Tarrega, Mouctar Diakhaby, Jesus Vazquez, Baptiste Santamaria, Javier Guerra, Luis Rioja, Diego Lopez, Arnaut Danjuma, Hugo Duro.

Getafe predicted lineup (5-3-2): David Soria (GK), Djene, Domingos Duarte, Diego Rico, Juan Iglesias, Davinchi, Luis Milla, Mario Martin, Mauro Arambarri, Adrian Liso, Chrisantus Uche.

Despite Valencia last season performance they still haven't find themselves a good track to follow. They have started this season with a lost and draw which was a bad start for them, tonight they will be hosting Getafe at Estadio Mestalla where they had their last meeting against Getafe with three goals. Valencia have a very good to record against Getafe because for 3 consecutive meetings they haven't to lose but tonight is very hard for me to predict because of both performance.

Here We Go’ Chelsea to Complete Signing of ‘Electric’ Attacker

Chelsea have made another move in this summer’s transfer window. Not happy with just Jamie Gittens, Estevao, Joao Pedro, Liam Delap, and Jorrel Hato, they have continued adding to their growing rotation as they return to the Champions League. They have now reportedly managed to complete the signing of Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United as Fabrizio Romano has given it the “here we go” treatment.

Garnacho joins a pretty stacked front line at Stamford Bridge. Currently, he’ll be competing with Cole Palmer, Pedro Neto, Enzo Fernandez, and the aforementioned newcomers for game time. He adds another natural winger to the lineup after the departure of Noni Madueke and could be a safety blanket if Gittens takes time to adapt to the league.

Described as “electric“, the Argentine attacker has pretty obvious strengths as his ball carrying and ability to get space in the box are both admirable. Statistically, he provides something similar to Madeuke with the hope that a better system will take him up to a higher level.

AC Milan, Chelsea agree Christopher Nkunku transfer — reports

According to multiple reports this morning, including from Fabrizio Romano and The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Chelsea and AC Milan have agreed a deal for Christopher Nkunku, with the forward now set to travel to Italy for his medical and the final bits of paperwork.

And yes, it is indeed a permanent transfer, not a loan or any such nonsense. Milan are reportedly paying €42m (£36m) all told to make it happen, and we’ve retained a sell-on clause in case his value goes up on a potential future move. Romano says that the fixed portion of the fee is “higher than €35m”. Either way, it’s a decent bit of business for a player who has not lived up to expectations at Chelsea — that knee injury certainly didn’t help — and checked out a long time ago. A change of scenery could do wonders for him.

Nkunku did play a key role in our UEFA Conference League campaign last season, and we did get to witness his iconic balloon celebration a fair few times at least.

Hopefully better days are ahead for him.

Inter Milan football team played very well in the last match which they played against Torino football team and they did 5 goals in this match and that was one sided match because one team did back to back goals in this match and opponent team score was zero in this match. Thuram was a person who did 2 goals in this match and he did first goal at 36 minutes when it was requirement of team and he did his second goal at 62 minutes and that was third goal of the match. Torino football team could not resist in this match and they did no goal and overall performance of that team was very bad in this match and match lost by that team in the end.Bonny was a person who did last goal of the match and he did this goal at 72 minutes but this goal has no worth because team had won the match by 4 goals.
Actually, it was a thing of joy when Inter Milan secured these massive goals in their first match of the season but mind you it was something I expected because Torino I knew will not be a difficult opponent for Inter Milan. Torino really suffered a lot in the hands of Inter Milan, but with this I will not conclude to say Inter are in a good track because this is how the started last season putting our hopes high that they will win the league that following season. To my greatest surprised they ended up disappointed us by even going trophyless last season, they had an opportunity to win Scudetto and other major trophy with that squad because they are very strong in every angle.

With all the messages we have here i cant find the correct one or the user who think Milan can be a contender for this year.

I said it before and Milan seems to be again in the same path as the last years, not finding they right fit.

They can wake up for sure and maybe they can rech Champions League spot, but being a contender for SerieA title seems impossible.
Let me make you feel that i still have hope for Milan because this is just the beginning, at least let see them play upto five match and analyze their performance. Milan's performance last season wasn't a good one which I'm expected to see them on a good track this season. Milan was defeated in their first match of the season but that does mean that they are still on the old track, I know how important it's to win a match especially the first match of the season because it will create more tension to the next opponent. I still back them because there is a lot of hope for them which I believe it will start showing soon.

From the performance of Manchester United players that left Manchester United last season to join other clubs, I quite agree with Ruud Gullit to some point, but Ruud Gullit should know that the premier League is more difficult than the Serie A and La Liga, and players that flop in the Premier League can easily become a star in La Liga and Serie A, so I will not totally blame Manchester United for the poor performance of McTominay, Rashford, and Antony.

When I first saw this particular post that is when I Began to think because the only player I pay much attention to was Antony at real Betis. Antony was a great player at Ajax before he came to Manchester United, since before is arrival to Manchester United I begin to watch him closely because I see him as a skillful player which was why I watch him, and I want him to continue in that path when he arrived but unfortunately things went wrong and I wasn't happy with his performance at Manchester United until he went on loan to Real Betis that is when I started seeing what I have been waiting for since he left Ajax. Maybe there is something that is going on at the club that we don't know but let's see maybe their new coach will bring a lot of changes.

You are right that they are in rebuilding phase which is tough for team with such high expectations. Xabi Alonso has to win games and he builds team because if they start losing he could quickly be fired. You are also right that real test will be how they perform against big rivals like Barcelona and Atletico Madrid as those matches will truly show how much team has improved. For now they are doing well enough to give them time they need to get better.
I don't believe he'll be fired immediately. Xabi is a very successful coach, and if his Real Madrid career progresses normally, it could last a few years. Spain is a place he knows well, and he's a coach who's attuned to young players. I still remember what he did at Leverkusen. They didn't lose a single Bundesliga loss for an entire season and reached the UEL final. I have full confidence they'll do the same with Real.
I quite agree with you because he is a vibrant Young coach that can really go a long way in his career, especially now that is at Real Madrid the work will be will be very easy for him since Real Madrid will know from the past used to have quality players. What is needed is a little effort to bring up progress because already the instrument are there and what is just left it's just the instruction on how to fix it. One thing I am confidence about his arrival in La Liga was that he knows in and out of the league because he has came as a player and now returned as a coach, so far the club in particular is not new because he has serve them for many years and I believe he will have gather enough experience on how to lead the team. Honestly, Xabi had done a lot in his career as a coach because what he has done Leverkusen symbolize everything.

Not sure if this also applies to Serie A, but in some leagues, the winner is decided based on their second-half performance of the season. I remember that Man City usually stumbles in their first few games over the last few years (including when they won so many trophies). I think the competition was even tighter last season, right up until the last few games for Serie A, too? So yeah, I'd also think twice before making a bold prediction on who will win the league this early in the season.
Yes, it's something that can't be predicted. There are teams that have won by a significant margin, like Inter who won 5-0 against Torino, but it's very difficult to understand who could win the championship. There are certainly teams that are already imposing themselves, but it's really difficult to understand on the first day. I wouldn't make any predictions.
Inter Milan has taught me a lot of lessons last season which is why I was not moved by their Victory. It will be to early to point at any team at this point, this was just their first game of the season which was quite right, they very well which I cannot deny them the credit because despite they where playing against the weak team I was impressed. I was not surprised even before the game because I knew how aggressive inter  normally play anytime they faced weak teams. I will applause them if they can play like this when facing tough teams like Napoli and others.

I think Newcastle is better without Gordon, sincerely speaking after watching their match this season for 2 consecutive weeks, I cannot see what he is contributing to the squad and you can see from their play in his absence, they were more energized and manned up to Liverpool as against when they were depending on the weak Gordon up front. I think that red card was a blessing to them in that match and they almost neutralized Liverpool if not for the late goal that rendered their efforts futile in sharing the points with Liverpool. The manager should look into Gordon's performance or find a good replacement up front because that guy is stalling their attacking prowess.

Congratulations to Liverpool, they managed to steal all 3 points in the end.

This game was very interesting which I never expected to see. Despite Newcastle was defeated I was very impressed with your performance because with the current level of Liverpool i wasn't expecting them to score any goals after the red card was issued. Gordon's absence didn't affect them rather it's motivated them to play harder. I was disappointed at Liverpool for playing almost all the second half with 10 against 11 and they could not even hold them. Immediately I noticed the red card I give up for Newcastle which is why I was even shocked with their performance and that is why I was disappointed at Liverpool because I see that as an opportunity for them to win easy. At the end Liverpool struggle to win the match i think their coach will see a lot of mistakes he has make, maybe change in squad is what result into this.
