Where to invest 7k usdt

To get profit daily 30$

If you were aiming for just $20 daily, that equates to $7300 per year which is more than doubling your original investment.  $30 works out to be close to $10,000 per year - profit.

Only loan sharks are going to reel in those kinds of profits - If you really want to risk all for a quick buck, then the lending section is the way to go with bitcoin falling from favour over USDT which you have got an abundance of (apparently).

Don't be surprised if Internal Revenue start breathing down your neck for a slice of your profits.

While bitcoin is freely traded 24/7 the mempool is dumping hundreds of transactions day by day all the while the price of completing a transaction continues to climb making buying small items (e.g. groceries) unrealistic.

As I pointed out a while ago, banks have 24/7 call centres - there is nothing comparable for any crypto.

I certainly wouldn't go placing bets on WIN+DRAW every time, especially if one team were heavily favoured over another.  But, to my way of thinking, I'm wondering if one team has the edge over another (and the odds were very close) then it might just be worth doing a double bet i.e. WIN+DRAW, not just WIN.

Re: New Year = New Password (...and new you, too!)

If you're considering changing your Btalk password be warned that everytime you do this BPIP can see that and show the whole world the exact date and time you changed your password lol. Just FYI. I think a lot of people probably are not aware of this fact so that is also the main reason why I am bringing that up.

Yes, I can see on that website that I have "woken up" a number of times which is more that I lurk and only come on from time to time to make a comment or ask a question, so no big deal - there will probably be more slumbers from time to time.

I've also been reading about staking an address, but opinions are mixed and it looks to be very inconclusive given the anecdotal evidence that staked addresses are sold with accounts.  Some users suspect an account has changed hands when nothing more than a password has been changed.  If there was a way to show that my account had 2FA enabled, then that would go a long way to silencing any doubters that all I'm intending to do is change my password to beef-up my security at the end of the year.

Can I ask those who have said they don't even write their passwords down on a scrap of paper they keep safely at home why they are relying on just their memories for a jumble of a dozen characters?

Happy New Year Everyone!

I've been thinking for a while now that it's probably time to change my password.  Then, when I logged back in I see 2FA is now a thing so I thought I'd make the suggestion that others consider changing their passwords.  Besides, how many times do you have your bank or email account (or work for that matter) "suggesting" you change your password?  Quite often I would imagine.

Set your password to ten to twelve characters - but not ones that are only found on your phone (otherwise you'll be stuck logging on on you cell phone)  - source a random password generator app and don't use words or phone numbers/birthdays.  (which app do you use?)

As to New Years resolutions - I tend not to make any but am keen to hear what yours are.  In the past, I've tried reading all those books that have been gifted to me over the years.  Read some of them, but not all.  Anyone make weight loss resolutions or quite drugs/smoking/vaping/drinking and fail miserably?

What about home renovations?  Or getting in contact with long lost family members or old flames?

That's true - placing to win bets will bring better odds, but wouldn't it be better to have a fall back position to recover your bets if the teams drew a draw?

Survey: Betting strategy: (WIN)-(WIN+DRAW)-(DRAW ONLY)

I follow the English Premier League and picked up a win on Bournemouth with good odds of 4.50.  I got to thinking that in close match-ups, would it be better to place a bet on my team of choice PLUS a draw in case they don't win where I feel the other team has no chance?

Does anyone share this strategy?  What's your suggestions?  Poll is open ended.  Thanks guys.

I'm sorry to say that I've been out of the loop for many months now and don't know what a DCA is?

Having said that, unless you're planning to buy something, you should just be content to buy a small amount of crypto each week/month - what you can afford to loose (but enough to cover inbuilt transaction fees that might eat into those funds via ATM's etc).

Good luck and keep us updated.

I wouldn't throw a thousand dollars at a dud passport much less a thousand times that at a Central American country.

Whose deep pockets are being lined with what looks very much like a shady deal?  What's the benefit?

Again wrong, there will never be a full last Bitcoin, the actual number is 20,999,999.9796 BTC.

Does the halving get to such a small amount that it becomes so insignificant that it stops?  (I'm thinking zero point zero, zero zero ... 125 or something like that?)

Then what?  Blocks that have no reward except for the actual transaction fees?  Would that mean infrequent blocks created and hyper transaction fees?

I'm not sure suggesting unemployed people should squander what little money they have on speculative trading which is little more than going to the casino with a fool proof get rich scheme.  Researching stocks and bonds to see which have made a profit, found new resources or patented new things are pointers to stocks that will perform well over time, not which five minute candle has turned from red to green or visa versa.

Re: Is resetting a BTT account password bad?
by

It really depends on how secure your password is - anywhere from twelve to twenty letters, numbers and characters might sound like overkill, but it will ensure you don't have to constantly change your password.  Write it down pen and paper, not in an online password vault - if you forget that password (or someone guesses it) then you loose ALL passwords.

Here's a paradox for you to ponder, though: if Bitcoin's greatest virtue is its scarcity, then wouldn't it also reduce the currency's practical utility?

That's a good way of putting it - think of it in terms of Fort Knox where there is a substantial holding of America's gold reserves.  Any country has a stockpile of gold - Bank of England included which is heavily guarded.  In time quantum computers might become super weapons cracking private keys.

If no blocks are found and in turn no transactions are processed, then the bigger implication is that the mining fees will become astronomical as more and more transactions vie for a place in the next block on the chain.  We see that already with a couple of hundred blocks worth of transactions waiting to be processed.  In the long run, this points to bitcoin and its blockchain moving away from day to day trading and into the realm of inter-bank trading (at least until the time to find a block becomes too great)

Split your pot three or four ways with everything from short term investment, longer term and then finally retirement and even pass on to the grandchildren.  Ensure you can access the funds later on with offline wallets that are stored securely.

I'm probably the wrong person to be asking such a question - I look in from time to time, but I find myself simply reading the various discussions that invariably have nothing to do with bitcoin and more to do with life in general.  Sometimes sport, but not really politics.  Like most I lurk and don't even log in to read which is reflected in the small number of hours I've been logged in for.
