ICOs never thrived in late 2018 and early 2019 , maybe in 2020 it will boom again, but chances are pretty thin in 2019.

Worse hit Altcoin in the bear market, invested 10 usd a month back now they are not able to pay gas fees also on ethereum network.

For quick profits, i generally prefer crypto specially eth as faster mode of payment.
