I suspect it is because you posted in a thread that was a giveaway thread, thus bumping the thread and giving it more recognition. Officially you are now supposed to report the thread and not post in it.

Well I went out on a little gamble and bought 5 million of shares today as it is the last day of x10 bonus. Not willing to risk a huge amount of money, but interesting concept none the less. I suppose I wont be too downhearted if it turns out to be a scam but I would feel sorry at that point for the people who have risked a lot of money.

Hmm, ok interesting. The 5million seems like a lot of invest in initially as there is no guarantee that you guys will not steal out money. Please do not take this as offence, it's just that there are a lot of scammers out there coming out with unique ways to take people's money, but I would probably put 1 mil in on a little gamble as it doesn't cost much and I bought a load when they were about 10 lsats.

Karmashares seems interesting, however, how would you prove that you own these shares to sell generates shares (or sell them all if you want in the future)?

For example, if I was the owner of THESE shares then where is the proof? A screen shot of you wallet or something like that? Because that could easily be photo-shopped/faked.

Any idea when the distribution will start and end? I would advise you start now and don't let it get too big and keep the distribution going for a while to make it fair and let a good number of people in. Doing it all at once might be too much work to handle.

Also, not allowing new sign ups to get some coins as they would most likely be regular members just making more accounts for more coins to claim and dump. Is this part of your plan? .

If hackers really stole the wallet, do you think they would leave the money in there untouched? lol. They would transfer it out immediately in case the original owner had a wallet backup.

I'm sick to death of pricks like you ripping my head off every time I just give a little info for new members to be wary and always use escrow, only to later see you crying after you were scammed. I don't care about you as you obviously have a terrible attitude, I care about new, vulnerable members who may be new to this and may be scammed, just like thousands of people have been on these forums in the past.

How is it trolling? I'm not saying the OP is a scammer, but it seems fishy that there is only a direct link to send your BTC. How many scams in the past have said "yes we also offer escrow so we are legit, right?". A non-scam would ONLY offer escrow, and a competitive escrow service at that (multiple escrows). It would NOT allow users to directly send their money to them with absolutely no guarantee that they will see anything in return or their money back. Where is the security? There is none when you take this method, so smarten up and stop calling me a troll.

I will continue to post in threads like these (just the once, I don't want to spam the thread in case it is legitimate) to protect new members who are new to IPO's or who do not know what an IPO is. These coins are NOT regulated by any independent body and unless you use escrow you are NOT guaranteed anything in return, or your money back.
