I agree rewards are not transparent enough and they have a bit of randomness to them that I don't like. That being said they always grow for me as I get in better and better levels, with some exceptions along the way. I was also quite sure they depend on amount wagered, not on won or lost tickets.
I got 4500 XRP on diamond levels when I have lost huge amounts while on the next level I literally got 18 XRP because I was winning so it only depends on your recent luck, the more you lose the more you get which makes sense but never feels good if you are winning.

Please can you ask chat agents to have some understanding? There's a clear issue with odds display as the odds don't change but when you actually place the bet the odds are different because the odds change on the backend but don't display on the front end.
I tried to explain Damian in chat for about 20 mins, please visit the chat for once and see what I am trying to explain him. He doesn't understand a thing about sports betting and was reluctant to not let anyone else help either when I asked.
Betting for 5 years so expect some respect and understanding from the chat agents PLEASE.

If you can't withdraw but you can trade, then you could sell those BTC for Paypal or for local transfer.

I go to verify it.
I get a link in my phone as SMS.
I open the link.
When I gonna take a photo of my ID card it says "Not enough memory" and I get back to the first step.
Time after time after time after time.
I cant trade or send the bitcoin to another wallet.
But I can delete the account (then I must wait two weeks to recive the BTC)
I had a similar issue, just contact their support and it's not live support but they replied quite fast to me and they allowed me to withdraw the funds there. It took some 7-10 days to close the account and withdraw the funds but was done quite easily.
