Indeed, why the administrator have thrown the minuses?! He's not deceive anyone of the players. And, it seems, is not going to do it. Very rare among Ponzi. It would be better supported.

Your system will be sustainable is not just a fixed deposit, and the amount established by the queue игpoкoв.

If the players left only 9 and no longer receives new deposits (e.g., within a day) - the round ends and the remaining inputs (minus the Commission administrator) are divided between the remaining 10 players.
