Boosting services are usually very expensive, and the thing with them is that you will not be playing on your true skill level.
So eventually you will derank back to the true rank of yours. I guess some people will pay if you offer the service cheap enough to them, instead of offering such a service with really high prices.

I suggest you go find a good paying job and do some extra work in your free time. I created my YouTube channel. It's about height enhancing tips. My targets are short people and aspiring basketball players. I have 16 subscribers so far. I promote my channel on my free time via forums and facebook. Once my channel grow bigger, I'll get many views on my videos. 1k views is equal to $1 10k, $10 and so on. As the view count continue to increase, I will be earning $10,000+ monthly and it just keeps increasing as I get new subscribers! Aside from YouTube I also have a music store and 3d printing design shop.

I would choose Poloniex anytime , Its secure as most of the funds are stored in cold storage , It has the biggest trading volume If we exclude the Chinese exchanges , It's fast , and also have good design and a good support. I don't see a reason why I would choose another platform.
