I would like to have my btc back, but the problem is I don't sent to scrow I've sent to my account on opair site. What I do now?

Sent from exchange account works, but if any problem about the ownership of your account comes up, it is always better to have the private key.

We are going to made the payment on btc but if you want to support the project, you can buy it on exchanges with the bounty.

I Made a ico deposit from an exchange, how will we eventually get the ico funds ?

We dont have the keys from that wallet so will we get it inside our account here like a import code or a wallet inside our mailbox?

You will need to generate a XPO address (from the wallet) and added to your account. For security we recommend using 2fa. You will be able to add only one XPO address. Any query or change must be handled manually.
