J'ai connu le site cigspot début Janvier. Après de multiples réflexions je me suis dis pourquoi pas passer une commande. Henry m'a envoyé des numéros de suivi complètement bidons provenant de France affichant des délais de livraison super rapide et sans problèmes.
Mais s'en est tout une autre histoire en réalité une fois que vous passez commande.
Commande effectuée le 13.01.2021 (2 cartouches minimum sinon l'arnaque n'est pas assez rentable).
Une fois la commande payée en Bitcoin on m'annonce que l'envoi ne peut pas être fait dans les délais prévu. Bien sur on ne m'a parlé d'aucun retard avant il à pris sans hésiter mon argent.
Ma commande est seulement expédiée le 21.01.2021 soit après 8 jours de retard.
Mon numéro de suivi est le "RI031071951UA" pour toute personne voulant voir ce qu'il en est de l'arnaque.
En effet le 02.02.2021 après un bon mois d'attente mon numéro de suivi indique qu'il est retenu en douanes
J'ai donc contacter le service client et le fameux Henry qui m'a conseillé d'attendre et d'appeler les services postaux. J'ai donc attendu plusieurs semaines.... mois.... beaucoup de patience pour finalement aujourd'hui appeler laposte et qu'on me dise qu'il n'y à rien au sujet de ce colis.
L'arnaque est en fait dans les numéros de suivis. En effet des personnes vendent des services et peuvent faire créer de faux numéros de suivis et afficher ce qu'ils veulent sur les numéros de suivis statuts, dates, situation...
J'ai contacté le support à propos de ma commande mais n'ayant aucune réponse d'une personne pour résoudre le problème j'ai décidé de donner mon avis concernant ce site très louche.

But that's a whole different story actually once you order.
Order made on 01.13.2021 (2 cartridges minimum otherwise the scam is not profitable enough).
Once the order has been paid in Bitcoin on announces to me that the shipment cannot be done on time. Of course, didn't tell me about any delay before he took my money without hesitation.
My order is only shipped on 21.01.2021, i.e. after 8 days of delay.
My tracking number is "RI031071951UA" for anyone wanting to see what the scam is all about.

So I contacted customer service and the famous Henry who advised me to wait and call the postal services. So I waited several weeks .... months .... a lot of patience to finally call the post today and be told that there is nothing about this package.
The scam is actually in the tracking numbers. Indeed, people can create and display whatever they want on the tracking numbers.
I contacted support about my order but having no response from someone to resolve the issue I decided to give my opinion on this very shady site.

First of all - 8 days is not a delay, we are shipping once per week since 2017. Tracking number cannot be scam, because its clearly shows the destination country once the tracking ID is in the system. I have replied to your email and told you what hapenned to your package:
1. it was seized by customs
2. it was lost at French post. Becasue we can see by tracking ID that it got to France!

Ys they said it never made it to them, so at customs or before it was lost.
