Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season

Anything about PSG is still remain unsafe until PSG would able to create huge point gaps to the competitors. There are still some clubs like newcastle and acmilan that would be the main threats for PSG.
It's caused by milan and newcastle potentially to finish at the first and second place. This is just the first match day. There will be more to come soon. PSG needs to well prepared to face acmilan and newcastle caused by these clubs are far strongers compared with dortmnud at this moment.
Psg may also lose points when the club was facing those clubs. I hope that if enrique would have learned a lot from the previous match.

I agree with you, all teams have just played one match of course we can't conclude who is better and we have to wait until the 3-4 match
PSG indeed started with a good start but it was a home match to prove that they are one of the best, they must be able to win away games

Re: [2020-01-25] Can Bitcoin Price Hit $424,000 Sometime in Late 2021?
by
Cimmy_revenger

In 2017,many people were expecting a bitcoin price above 100K USD  in 2018 and around 1M USD at 2019 or 2020.
They were justifying their predictions with technical and fundamental analysis.Did it happen?Nope.
Nowadays,I read such bullish articles for a good laugh and I just move on.It's sad if some people actually believe this BS.The author of the analysis should get a real job and stop wasting his time.
trusting yourself is better than following the news without a clear basis.
bitcoin prices are very volatile, simply a lot of demand but a little supply will make the price of bitcoin quickly rise.
vice versa.

I think that online services like Wayback Machine/Archive.org will save some crypto related websites that are gone.I'm not 100% sure though.I'm not interested into saving any cryptocurrency related websites, videos or articles.I guess that,if some sort of info is on the internet,it's going to stay on the internet forever. Grin

archive.org it could be down or hacked, nothing is really safe when storing it online.
I just want to save my soft files on the hard drive that only I can access.

Re: Idea for physical BTC bills

your idea is too complicated.
I have already paid electricity bills with bitcoin that I have, I only check bills and pay using bitcoin to my electricity bill address, after confirming 1 block, my electricity bill payment transaction was successful.

the financial regulatory authority bridges for the type of payment using bitcoin and converts to use FIAT in the country of the shop where it sells.
the government can still control.

it is possible to launder money using bitcoin, the simplest thing to break up bitcoin in some exchangers without the need for KYC.
and from the exchanger it is withdrawn with other cryto assets.

maybe this will be a little different from the previous halving.
if if the same, it is likely to go down first before halving and a few weeks after halving the price of bitcoin rises continuously.

I’ve got a pet shop and I wanted to accept bitcoin and alt coins then I was reading about becoming a bitcoin exchange ... is this possible? I understand it’s worth goes up and down.
very possible that happens, but you need to pay attention to the demand side.
Will there be a lot of customers to pay in your shop using bitcoin or altcoin ?

Re: Wholesale BTC Trading Market?
by

on 27/01/2020, 14:35:11 UTC
I came across this recently - https://remitano.com/forum/my/post/225-remitano-launches-the-new-investment-channel-for-wholesalers-1

Remitano, a popular P2P crypto trading platform, just opened a wholesale trading market for big traders. You need at least 1.5 BTC per trade to be eligible to get very low fees.

Haven't seen this on any other P2P platforms so far, including Localbitcoins, Paxful, Luno, etc.

This is gonna be pretty useful for big traders. Thoughts?
this is only suitable for traders with large balances but not for small traders.
the name of the exchange was not yet quite familiar to me, maybe because of the conditions to enjoy such a very low cost that I could not fulfill.

Re: Why people debate so much about BTC value?
by

on 27/01/2020, 14:15:14 UTC
because the benchmark bitcoin until now only with FIAT.
users still depend on FIAT even if they get revenue from cryptocurrency.
if you buy goods or services and pay using bitcoin, then FIAT is the main converter used for calculations.

this is the importance of education before discussing the material.
he made a fatal mistake because of his greedy and unrealistic.
there are still many who know bitcoin because there are many websites that promise definite benefits even though it is just a fraud.

Re: Government Taxing Bitcoin? Here's the Answer
by
Cimmy_revenger
on 27/01/2020, 12:08:17 UTC
I always wonder how could an economy operate and run without taxes from cryptocurrencies. How could a government obtain taxes from people when people are completely utilizing a currency that is not supporting taxes. Would it be really good if we completely have our fiats converted to crypto? For me, there's always a way if our intention is good. We cannot really deny how government is providing regulation that is mainly for the betterment of us despite of some issues regarding corruption and frauds.

For me, the way we could still make it possible is to establish a local exchange wherein, if we convert our money to crypto, these local exchange could already have the portion intended for the tax of each transactions.
This kind of thing already exists in my country, who has an exchange business, both crypto and fiat, there will be taxes incurred.
service providers usually charge it to their customers.

Re: Different private key formats?
by
Cimmy_revenger
on 26/01/2020, 16:30:02 UTC
in short a private key is simply a number and no matter how you encode it, in the end it is still that one number. it could be base-16, base-64, base-58, or even bech-32.

for each private key there is one public key that can be encoded in two ways: compressed and uncompressed.
in bitcoin we can create many different script types in a transaction output script with that public key. some of these have an address associated with them. to make it easy for wallets to quickly figure out which public key to use and which address to import a different byte (or bytes) is added to that number (the private key number) before encoding it with base-58 so that the result looks different but is still representing the same number. if it is starting with "5" it is for uncompressed public keys and if it starts with "K" or "L" it is for compressed public keys.

bitaddress.org supports 4 private key formats:
base-16 or hexadecimal which is the encoding of the number (without any addition) in base-16
base-64 same as base-16 but with a different character set
base-58 which is special encoding used in bitcoin with a checksum
minikeys which is a special short format of private keys used in some collectibles (physical bitcoins)

you should use compressed base-58 as it is supported by all wallets so it can be imported in all of them.
is it possible for migrations that previously used wallets on the website and private keys to be used in different Bitcoin wallet applications ?
I had tried but always failed, maybe I was in the wrong stage or I couldn't.
can you explain about this ?

Being poor is already an enough reason on why you should work hard.
your statement is very profound to me, especially now that I am the head of the family, I am fully responsible for the lives of my wife and children.
the family is a stinger to work hard.
