But you are saying that on blockchain.info the amount is showing up, but on the website it's not?
Did you tried withdrawing? Do you have password on your account?

I have just withdrawed 0.2 BTC it works fine. I have also deposited a little a few days ago.

This happened in the past and was resolved then.
Even though I'm not affiliated with SatoshiDice, my guess is this:
It's their protection against denial of service, and that is overly sensitive. The code falsely detects more than 3 parallel bets and locks the account.
The lock should remove itself after a period of time but doesn't.
I'm 99.999% sure it will be resolved, as it was in the past.
Unfortunate but you will get your money.

Was their e-mail server down before, or is it recent only?
I see that there are technical problems, and usually they should notify people about it, but maybe they are working privately on it and dont want to alarm people with minor error issues. If they would announce every bug, then people would panic, so i can understand that too.
I don't think is minor, I have 90 BTC stuck there, cannot withdraw.
